Guerlain will launch Bergamote Calabria, this year's regular addition to the Aqua Allegoria line, later this month. This year's travel retail entry to the series is Rosa Fizz.
Bergamote Calabria is a green musky citrus with notes of pink pepper, bergamot zest, ginger, cardamom, petit grain and white musk.
Guerlain Bergamote Calabria will be available in in 75 and 125 ml Eau de Toilette.

I want a big ole bottle for hot summer days, so I can keep in the fridge and spritz away!
It sounds tempting but the review on Monsieur Guerlain talked me out of it — not a white musk fan, and have not liked the last few white musk heavy AAs.
He says “an excessive amount of puffy white musk. In recent years, the Aqua Allegorias seem to have become studies in white musk. One would think that now that Sylvaine Delacourte has her own line of white musk it would be less emphasized at Guerlain. ”

Oh jeeze! The notes make it sound like citrus/herbal heaven.
Yes. But bear in mind that I have not liked an AA since about 2008 — I date the white musk overload to about 2009+. If you’ve liked them recently, you might like this too!
I realized that I can’t smell the musk at all. To me, they smell good, but disappear completely in less than an hour. Still a glass half empty from my perspective.
