Molinard Le Reve Nirmala ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 30 January 2017 4 Comments

Molinard Le Rêve Nirmala

French perfume house Molinard has launched Le Rêve Nirmala, a new flanker to 1955's Nirmala.

A dream of delicious delights.

The scent’s gourmand notes of praline, sugared almond, and chocolate trigger instant desire, to then blend with sparkling citrus (bergamot, mandarin orange), creating a luscious olfactory bonbon. An extravagant bouquet (magnolia, rose, orchid, violet) blooms across a delightfully oriental, musky base, embodying a light, carefree world, the new world of Nirmala! Romantically stylish, the supremely feminine flacon is a faithful replica of its elder, a celebration of young women – and those who intend to remain so.

Additional notes include peach, exotic fruits, sandalwood, patchouli and vanilla.

Molinard Le Rêve Nirmala is available in 30 and 75 ml Eau de Parfum.

I confess, I saw the name and thought Nirmal! The kitten in Garfield, remember Nirmal?

The notes in this read like a toothache waiting to happen for me.

I have a feeling that this will be la vie est belle-esque. Also, when i quickly saw the bottle and box i thought it was another Victoria’s Secrets launch.
