Cartier Eau de Cartier Essence De Paradis ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 9 March 2016 4 Comments

Cartier Eau de Cartier Essence De Paradis

Cartier has launched Eau de Cartier Essence De Paradis, a new flanker to 2001's Eau de Cartier. Essence De Paradis follows last year's Eau de Cartier Vétiver Bleu, as well as the recently launched Eau de Cartier Eau de Parfum.

An eau for him and for her, so that each can sense the constant presence of the other. An eau with a clear freshness, an ode to simplicity.

The eau is a solar flare of joyfulness. A refreshing trail with luscious notes, among which the ylang ylang illuminates the accord.

Additional notes include fresh fruits, amber, woods and musk.

Cartier Eau de Cartier Essence De Paradis is available in 100 ml Eau de Toilette.

I will try it if I see it. It started as a travel-retail-exclusive, and don’t know how widely it will be distributed.

I used to love the eau de Cartier, and then I suddenly lost all interest and ended up giving away my 6.7 ounce bottle to a friend who then could not wear the scent because he couldn’t take the spicy pepper note (which was my favorite part of the fragrance). I am a dark fragrance guy year around so no longer do I enjoy Hermes Orange D’ Verte, Dior Eau Savage, Monseiur Balmain, etc. Too fleeting and not enough presence for what I like, even during the warmer months. :-(

Oh well, there are plenty of darker fragrances for you to wear, right?
