Lingerie house Natori has launched Josie Exotic Petals, a new limited edition fragrance for women.
Josie Natori, renowned fashion designer known for her East-meets-West aesthetic, brings that same sensibility to the beauty industry with the launch of her limited edition fragrance, JOSIE Exotic Petals. Drawing inspiration from her native home in the Philippines and its adjacent islands, JOSIE Exotic Petals conjures all the pleasures and indulgences of an escape to tropical paradise.
“JOSIE Exotic Petals is the second fragrance in the JOSIE collection. Inspired by our vibrant island prints, the modern fragrance evokes the exotic brilliance of a luscious tropical escape. JOSIE Exotic Petals is dynamically colorful from the bottle to the fragrance itself.” – Josie Natori
Exotic Petals was developed by perfumer Honorine Blanc. The notes feature lemon zest, frangipani, honeysuckle, jasmine, orange blossom, freesia, blonde woods, creamy musk and ambergris.
Josie Exotic Petals is available in 50 ml Eau de Toilette, $59.

Does the word “exotic” even have a meaning in this day and age, when we have instant access to every culture, every language, every style?
Anyway, this sounds about as exotic as a trip to the mall.
No. And yes.
Interesting!
The packaging is fun, anyway!
The packaging reminds me of someone sticking a glue on picture to the front of a glass bottle. And the juice is about as exotic as a glass of Kool-Aid.
Which seems in total contrast to Natori Natori.
