Paris Hilton has launched Can Can Burlesque, a new flanker to her 2007 fragrance Can Can.
A fresh and modernly beautiful scent, Can Can Burlesque is the delicious new addition to the Paris Hilton fragrance collection. The scent opens with luscious and tempting clementine and nectarine fruits that create an irresistible top note. The heart of the fragrance blooms with decadent wild orchid and warm orange blossom making an unforgettable statement. In the background, the rich velvet softness of white musk, glowing amber and sexy woods lingers on the skin.
Additional notes include raspberry and cassis.
Paris Hilton Can Can Burlesque can be found now at Perfumania, $55 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Wow, 7 yrs for a flanker. A record? Haha. I haven’t smelled Can Can in forever, but I’ll definitely try this one if I see it. Wonder if her stuff is still gonna go to Macys???
I really don’t think it will go to Macy’s…was Dazzle even in Macy’s? Maybe I’ve forgotten, but didn’t think so.
This one has been out for a bit, this was just the first time I could find a description.
Paris who?!
Ha!
Not a fan of Paris and this fragrance seems like it has the notes of a lot of celebrity fragrances.
🙂
“A fresh and modernly beautiful scent”…what is “modernly?” I think Paris, like, wrote the copy herself, like, after a night of clubbing. “I just love it…it’s modernly!” This is on its way to becoming a classically fragrance!
I noticed that too–chalked it up to the PR machine so uninvested in their audience (perhaps they think their customers won’t know “modernly” is used incorrectly?) that they sent it out uncopy-edited.
Funny…I read “modernly” as a “moderately beautiful scent” and thought finally, they are at least being realistic.
While the scent doesn’t scintillate me, I would like to chime in to say: “A fresh and modernly beautiful scent” is a loose use of language that I think works here. It evokes something different to “A fresh and modern beautiful scent” – it is beautiful in a modernly way; it is modern-ish.
Ha! I had the same thought. It is an unusual adverb but it works for me… in a way that I suspect the scent itself won’t.
I think Dita Von Teese has this territory covered. Or uncovered. 😉
Do you think they even tell her when they release/ inflict these flankers on us? Doubtful.
Paris who lol! I worked with a girl at our city hall that soaked herself with Can-Can. I got even by wearing Black Orchid and she complained! The mayor told me I smelled great lol
