Givenchy Very Irresistible L’Eau en Rose ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 9 January 2014 10 Comments

Givenchy Very Irrésistible L'Eau en Rose

Givenchy will launch Very Irrésistible L'Eau en Rose in March. The new fragrance for women is a flanker to 2003's Very Irrésistible Givenchy and celebrates that scent's 10th anniversary. Recent flankers to Very Irrésistible include Very Irrésistible Edition Croisière, Very Irrésistible Givenchy Electric Rose and Very Irrésistible Tropical Paradise.

Notes for the musky floral include blackberry, rose and soft musks.

Givenchy Very Irrésistible L'Eau en Rose will be available in 30, 50 and 75 ml Eau de Toilette.

LOL This will never end, will it. Does anyone even buy these anymore? I keep seeing them just sitting there on the shelves. I have yet to like one of them. None has worked so far. A gazillion of them and none has worked for me.

I think this line is a pretty big seller for Givenchy.

It’s so weird. One of my friends who works in Sephora said these weren’t selling anymore. Maybe it’s just my country though? I’m in Europe. Ange ou Demon is doing a lot better. With V.I. people usually still want the classic, if anything. They can’t really keep track of all the flankers and by the time they find out about one, it’s already gone, and some other one has been launched. I’m all for variety, but the average consumer still wants to find their favourite fragrance 1 year later. Many people complain that things are shelved off way too fast now, because there are so many limited edition flankers. At least this is what I get after talking to people working in speciality stores/perfume shops here.

Oh, not saying it’s their top seller, but it does still seem to be popular! Can’t argue w/ you about flankers in general, I agree, but it’s the way things are now — don’t see that it will stop.
