Van Cleef & Arpels Feerie Spring Blossom ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 3 January 2013 10 Comments

Van Cleef & Arpels Féerie Spring Blossom

Van Cleef & Arpels has launched Féerie Spring Blossom, a new limited edition flanker to 2008′s Féerie. Féerie Spring Blossom follows 2011's Féerie Rose des Neiges.

After Feerie Rose des Neiges comes Feerie Spring Blossom, a poetic and infinitely charming limited edition Eau de Parfum by Van Cleef & Arpels.

Alluring notes of cherry, magnolia and musk create an exquisite fruity floral fragrance with an irresistible femininity, while the iconic bottle is reinvented in a romantic rose petal color.

Additional notes include lychee, pink pepper, raspberry and tonka bean.

Van Cleef & Arpels Féerie Spring Blossom is available now at Neiman Marcus, in 50 ml Eau de Toilette, $90.

Darn them anyway; I’ll bite eventually, I am completely unable to resist the bottles, and I love rose. But they need to release a green flanker! I felt like the original, should have been green to start with. A lovely, mossy green floral. Maybe that would have been too cliche.

And the green needs to have a gold lid, but more like the color of 18 ct gold, with that rosy tinge, and the juice itself could jump on the gold infused bandwagon, too.

Actually, Disney should do this for Tinkerbell. I bet she smells fantastic.

A green one would be pretty. Opaque green even better. But so far have not liked any of them, so I’m safe :-)

I would love a green bottle myself, as green is my favorite color. I really do want one of these bottles, but I don’t care for the juice. I sniffed the Rose des Neiges versionin NM yesterday, and liked it better than the original, but not enough to pay $90. I see, though, that the 50 ml EdT of the original is available for just a little more than $30 on Fragrancenet, so I may eventually buy one just for the bottle.

That’s a more reasonable price, for sure.

Yes I bought the originial Feerie just for the bottle, not for the perfume. I bought the one with the largest cap and put it in de middle of my sidetable in my room. Then I buy a big oval shaped glass vase turned it upside down and put vase over the bottle. But before i did that I hang 5 tiny blue colored fake butterflies in the vase. It looks really beatiful and people always ask where did I buy it. They are amazed when I say that its my own decoration.

Thanks JolieFleurs :D. I did also something with my empty chanel perfume bottles. I bought an antique looking beige coloured birdcage. In the birdcage I hang the bottles on pearl-necklaces. I have bottles in different sizes. So I put the Chanel no.5 bottle in the middle of the cage. The rest in different heights and places. Then I decorated it with silken camelia flowers and black velvet bows. You know it is just that I cant throw an empty bottle away, so why not use it to make your room look beatiful.

I bet your home if filled with many beautiful things! Your religion goes beyond fragrance, I think, and is in fact for beauty in all its many forms.

I was seriously tempted by the original, again for the gorgeous bottle rather than the scent, so maybe I’ll go for the pink one instead!
Personally I want a purple one! (My fave color) Emblazoned with a tiny amethyst on the lid–maybe a violet scent….
As a child I had a little doll dressed in purple and she was scented with violet. Oh, I loved that doll! I think her hair was lilac colored also.
