Just want to say again that it kills me that Bottega Veneta is always at the top of people’s lists and I am anosmic to it. I really, really wish I knew what I was missing.
I’m anosmic to many scents on other people’s “best” lists, but not BV. I get it all the way, from top notes to drydown, and love it, even crave it at times, and it lasts forever on me, to boot. Don’t feel bad, though – we can’t all smell everything, much less love everything. There are so many scents out there, you’re bound to find some fabulous compositions with your name on them (so to speak), even when others don’t get them at all.
It is really nicely done, but if it makes you feel any better, I wasn’t tempted to buy it.
