May be it is a sign that I am in a horrid mood this morning, but I found this dull, predictable and silly. Her lipstick is too red, her dress is too Nicole Kidman Chanel No 5, and in her voice-over at the end, she sounds as bored as I was. I am so hoping it will NOT be ‘continued’. The only thing ‘magical’ was that the hem of her dress did not gather dead leaves as she walked. Doubtless the eliminated those at post-production.
There, that’s better, I feel quite cheerful now.
Fair enough but that is her ‘signature’ red lipstick which always looks a bit too red.
I’m looking forward to trying Wonderstruck.
Sigh, you are right. I actually do admire people who can wear red lipstick well.

LOL! Annemarie, we are always happy to cheer you up.
She is NOT a great screen presence. I can only assume that her fans are due to her music 🙂
Sniffed this quickly last weekend and it’s red berry punch. No better or worse than what I thought it would be.
I like the ad though, sort of reminds me of the BS Fantasy tv ad, but perhaps a tiny bit classy-er?
I agree…and there’s something sort of charming about her lack of screen presence which makes me prefer her to Britney anyway.
I can’t be the only one to think this is a rehash of the Nina perfume ads from a few years ago? (the ones with all the paneled French doors and the scattered apples on the floor and the bouffant gown??).
That one was also a berry punch, marginally passable.
Almost certainly that was an inspiration, yes!
