“Beware for those who have no weakness for women and perfume?”

A lot of men have no “weakness” for women. Usually people in the fashion industry take offense of the notion that one has to be wary of such men.

Alot of women wish to be regarded with respect, not “feelings of weakness.”

Didn’t bother me any. You could say I have a weakness for men — doesn’t mean I don’t respect men.

Just adding: this quotation is stencilled on the wall of Le Labo’s Nolita shop, and is credited there to Mahomet (Muhammed).

Yes, the part about weakness for women confused me as well. Perhaps it some sort of underlying advertising gimmick?
    Always suspicious.

Its probably some early 20th Century or 19th Century quote that the Labo guy liked because of the perfume reference. Nonetheless, he should either modify it (Beware of those who have no weakness for love or perfume) or drop it.

I love his sentiment at the end. Its pithy and humorous.
