Juicy Couture Peace, Love & Juicy Couture ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 22 June 2010 26 Comments

Juicy Couture Peace, Love & Juicy Couture rollerball

Coming soon from Juicy Couture, Peace, Love & Juicy Couture, the line's fourth fragrance for women:

The world's juiciest message is all about peace and love. And couture, of course! Our eternal quest for joy and happiness has been achieved with Peace, Love and Juicy Couture, a whimsical eau de parfum to bring out your inner flower child.

Drenched in florals, this juicy treasure is an aromatic revolution. Savor the fusion of freshly cut blossoms soaked in natural accents and wildly feminine wood harmonies. Liberate your senses and celebrate the freedom of being both hippie and chic!

The notes include Meyer lemon blossom, wild hyacinth, sweet apple, black currant, sambac jasmine, star magnolia, Malibu poppy, honeysuckle, linden blossom, orris, patchouli and musk.

Juicy Couture Peace, Love & Juicy Couture is available now for pre-order at Nordstrom in the .25 oz rollerball as shown ($18); I will update with other sizes when I can. (via nordstrom, with many thanks to jonr951 for the tip!)

Juicy Couture Peace, Love & Juicy Couture fragrance

Update: Peace, Love & Juicy Couture was developed by perfumer Rodrigo-Flores Roux. It is meant to evoke "the free-spirited, Sixties-style vibe of Malibu", and will be available in 30, 50 and 100 ml ($52-87) Eau de Parfum and in matching body products. (via wwd)

Another update: see a review of Peace, Love & Juicy Couture.

Hmmm! It sounds a little like Alien, I should think. I’ve liked all of the JC fragrances, although Couture Couture was a little too too, so I eagerly anticipate this one!

I hated CC, but the other 2 were likable enough.

I tried Viva La Juicy the other day, floral but had oranges in.
I liked it enough, but it didn’t last that long :(

I love that an inexpesnive roller ball option is being offered! However, i decided a while back that any design firm that thinks that “juicy” is a good word to print on a woman’s backside is probably not one that is marketing much to me. Cranky middle-age setting in – I can feel it!

Hyacinth no no, I will have to avoid it as wide as possible. With hyacinth migraine is definitely given.

Love the rollerball. I wish more companies made them, or purse sprays, for their fragrances. I would buy a lot more and feel less guilty!

I thought ersatz hippie-love-child chic [rolls eyes] had peaked and was on its way out. I guess not.

I love the rollerball option. I have the Juicy Couture Couture Couture (still feel really silly writing that one) and have actually really enjoyed wearing it. This sounds really nice, too. I didn’t like the original, but have liked everything else they’ve done so far.

I’m scared of the Juicys after having a bad time with Juicy Couture – horrible chemical stew drydown. Blurgh.

Maybe I should give them another chance – Lord knows I run into them everywhere.

I can’t help it…..the name alone is KILLING me….10th &11th grade lit classes—all the girls report the theme for E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. as being “peace, love and friendship” doesn’t matter what the novel or short story is…..the theme: peace, love and friendship…. GAH, Double GAH, HACK, GAG!!! so, the name alone makes me gaggish and generally annoyed. However, I predict this will be wildly popular with 16 yr old girls.

Hippie chic? I’m a bohemian, does that count?
It sounds like a little flowers in your Fruit. Juicy always seems to fit them.
Who knows? Maybe I’ll like it.

I got my rollerball 2day and it’s just not for me. It smells like a toned down version of Futur to me. It pretty much smells like the lemon blossom. I guess I prefer orange blossom bcuz I LOVE John Varvatos Artisan! I didn’t get much sweetness, if any at all, from the apple and black current. U’ll probably enjoy it Robin. It isn’t another sweet fragrance at all. It’s totally not something I think the Juicy crowd will go for but u never know. It’s different. Well different for juicy. It will be interesting to see how this one does. I would wear it b4 I wear Couture Couture! That’s for sure!

The minute I smelled this I was in love! I ran out and bought the 3.4 oz immediately. I do not understand the whole, Malibu hippie thing. I don’t get that from it AT ALL. It’s perfect for a confident woman, not a bubble gum sweet scent but not a harsh spicy/oriental. It’s a nice fruity/floral blend, but not one that will give you a headache upon first spray. The dry down is really nice and it lasts for hours. Easily could be worn day or night. This one’s a real winner!
