    I’m speechless.

Anyone else getting a look of disdain from Celine in this ad copy? It’s like she’s saying, “Buy my fragrance or you are dead to me!”

Celine Dion Pure Brilliance!?! As opposed to what? Impure Brilliance? Sullied Brilliance? The name sounds like the utterance of a copywriter after a severe blow to the head.

“Pure Brilliance” as in, “The pure brilliance of the triumph of marketing and big names over taste and quality.” 😉

It seems to be a bad day for naming new perfumes (see Lola V). LOL

My first thought was Wanted from Helena Rubinstein.

How can a fragrance be optimistic if it has pear and apple?
