The song is called ‘Garden” by the band Winter Family off of the eponymously titled album, ‘Winter Family’. Good stuff.

She looks a tad bit too thin…….her torso is like a piece of paper……nonetheless, the concept of the vedio presented her is beautiful~

She looks too thin to me too, but I guess that’s the fashion.

Well, the video started ok, and I am trying to figure out what the lady in the song is reciting, realizing that the man singing the background seems to be singing more or less what she is reciting and then ..
Whoooa! why did she take off the shirt?? 🙂

I am not a prude, and I am all for sexy advertising.
But I somehow didn’t see it coming and I definitely did not like the photoshoot.

The fingers in the mouth and semi-nakedness. It appears forced to me.
I liked the D&G “nudes” ads better. Testino made them look classier IMHO.

Interesting…I don’t know why but I thought this one was less focused on the nudity than the D&G, in which taking the robe off seemed the whole point of the ad.

It started classy elegant and nice…the ending was less classy.I like Keira but somehow taking the shirt off just did not fit the mood there…and I liked better the previous ad with her (the one with the hat).

I actually was sort of stricken by it, as the lyrics get more intimate the shirt is removed. I found it to be pretty emotionally charged, but I get the feel of it being a little voyeuristic even as the ending was striking and fitting to the music. It heavies up Coco Mlle. a bit.

I think the shirt off works better for the video than the print ad.

I agree. Why do women always have to take their shirts off to sell things? A good actor can convey the necessary eroticism in her face. KN is not a good actor. And while I’m bashing her, I’ll say that the Coco Mlle. bottle is prettier than her in that ad, and more elegant by far.

It seems like with the choice of KK fronting the campaign, that they’re trying very hard to make Coco Mlle. the sexy ‘fume in their lineup. But she gets bashed every time the campaign is discussed, so I’m sure her days as ‘the face of’ are numbered.
For the record… I like her. She does not need to show her body as much, but I have enjoyed her movies. 🙂

It doesn’t seem entirely in keeping with Chanel somehow…but still, this is far more tasteful than some other perfume ads.

Like the perfume. Can’t stand Knightly. The woman can’t act at all; she seems to ruin every movie she’s cast in. And can’t she please close her mouth!!?!!

With you all the way about KK. And the endless pouting – ugh! I know it was probably ‘required’ in this ad, but she never stops it, whatever she’s doing. Well – unless she’s smiling; she does have a nice smile.

And wouldn’t those braces(UK)/suspenders(US) chaff a bit on the old nipples…?

I think that 14th second where there’s closeup on her breast, and then 58 where there’s the shirt moving by the wind is far more sexy than the naked thing. Because, as horror movies and best erotic clothing prove, the imagination is a greater power than the sight. I prefer to see her shirt a little unbuttoned and to imagine the soft silk skin and a perfect breast of a goddess by myself, than to see her naked and start looking for flaws… that are not hard to find. And her face is no good from the eyes down. Her cheekbones look like a weapon of kill, and her mouth is somewhat deformed… beautiful eyes, ok.. more than that though.

I prefer YSL’s ads: the passion and sex in them just looks more genuine and warm. The naked M7 ad is simply phenomenal, because that boxer guy is so natural, he doesn’t seem to need anything else, no pouts and faces, no panties, he is just perfect in body and face as a Greek god and still looks human enough to light some thoughts far from divine and more on the sin side! The NU ad also shows a lot of nudity with a lot of erotica because it takes some wondering what is what and where – how, just as it gets in a good true loving. Keyra’s ad is not hot-sex, to me it’s cold-sex, if I could use this metaphor. Opium ads with nudity are also beautiful and the purely white, almost transparent woman on the dark background still stands in my mind… while Keyra’s “sexy” look is something I’d rather forget than try to remember.

I agree about some of the old YSL print ads, but the new commercial w/ Kate Moss, although it has considerably less nudity, isn’t as classy.
