Tommy Hilfiger Dreaming Pearl ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 9 February 2009 7 Comments

Tommy Hilfiger Dreaming Pearl fragranceTommy Hilfiger has launched Dreaming Pearl, a new limited edition flanker to last year's Dreaming fragrance for women. According to Hilfiger, "pearls are an iconic symbol of timeless elegance and grace".

Tommy Hilfiger introduces Dreaming Pearl, a limited- edition fragrance collection inspired by the traditional and modern elements of the most classic of jewels. The Dreaming Pearl Eau de Toilette takes the senses on a journey. Tempting, seductive notes of White Peach, Tuberose and Freesia are found at the heart of the fragrance, just as in the original Dreaming fragrance. The Eau de Toilette concentration offers a new, lighter way to wear the sophisticated fragrance, which is perfect for spring.

Tommy Hilfiger Dreaming Pearl is available in 100 ml Eau de Toilette and in matching body lotion with added shimmer. (first quote via chicagotribune, second quote via debenhams)

Ugh, so it's the SAME fragrance? Just lighter?

Sounds like it! But I haven't smelled it, & doubt I will since I didn't exactly love the 1st one. Wonder if it sold well…

Those dangling “pearls” make the whole bottle look so cheap – they're like those plastic beads you get at crafts shops.

They look like those “balls” that some people hang off their trailer hitches on their trucks.

They're not working for me either…

You guys are rough! I think it's rather nice – much more tasteful than, for example, the Spring edition of Marc Jacobs Daisy that I saw advertised recently.

    It's true, we're a tough crowd, LOL…
