Donna Karan DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom, DKNY Women Summer 2009 ~ new fragrances

DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom perfumeDKNY Woman Summer 2009 perfume

Donna Karan has launched DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom (shown above left), a new limited edition flanker to 2004's Be Delicious fragrance for women:

DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom Eau de Parfum Spray is a radiant fragrance that marries freshness, vibrancy and feminity.

A blend of sparkling grapefruit, casses and sun-kissed apricot meets a blooming floral heart of sheer muguet and petally rose, wrapped in luminous jasmine. Finish the apple sensation with a body lingering base of blond woods and smooth skin accords.

DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom is available now at Ulta for $40, size unknown. According to Ulta, it is an Eau de Toilette. At Escentual in the UK, where it is currently available for pre-order, it is listed as an Eau de Parfum in 30, 50 or 100 ml. (quote via ulta)

And coming soon from DKNY, Women Summer 2009 (shown above right), the yearly summer limited edition variation on 1999's DKNY Women.

This year's notes: pink grapefruit, ginger, lychee, pink jasmine, peony, mango and lily.

DKNY Women Summer 2009 will be available in 100 ml Eau de Toilette. (via cosmoty.de)

Women Summer ist pretty nice, the DKNY are rather good scents!
I tested all the apples from DKNY together, it is a nice line; the new one would be something from me, but after having all niche perfumes I get a headache from this stuff.
Would be a cheaper thrill then chasing L'Artisan Parfumeur… *sigh*

the only one i really cared for in the delicious line was delicious night. i loved the sweet, cool, ginger, spicy, patchouliness to it. it wasnt the sweet fruity floral the other two were. fresh blossom will probably be more like the original. i do love me some grapefruit so ill give it a try when i see it.

I don't like apple, so they're all lost on me! I do know many people love them.

I think you're right — this will be closer to the original.

The Fresh Blossom juice/bottle is such a lovely colour!

The picture on Escentual is entirely different though…closer to “hot pink”. Don't know which is accurate…

I dont like Donna Karan´s apple scents. Its like a fell on the dessert portion of a buffet table.

This must be the 500th delicious perfume by DKNY out. They might be quite lovely but I am so overwhelmed by their number that I refuse to sniff these.

Really, they are not the worst — I still say nobody does flankers like YSL.
