Avon Island Vibe perfumeAvon has launched Island Vibe, "A bright, beachy blend of tropical fruits and exotic florals infused with a wave of sultry island musk." Avon Island Vibe is available in 50 ml Eau de Toilette.

You can watch a promotional video on youtube, but it isn't any more informative than the description above. The tag line: "You can almost hear the steel drums [...] live the rhythm of the tropics". Island Vibe is also sold in Body Lotion, Shower Gel, Paradise Mist Hair Refresher and Tropical Wave Body Spray.

CO Bigelow has introduced the Barber Men's Collection, including four new Colognes, Elixir Black, Elixir Red, Elixir Green and Elixir Blue:

CO Bigelow Elixir Green cologne for menCologne Elixir Black is "Confident, exotic and rich. Our Elixir Black fragrance blends exotic agar wood and tonka bean with undertones of amber, musk and vanilla."

Cologne Elixir Red is "Sexy, warm and smooth. Our Elixir Red fragrance blends lush spices, sandalwood and red currant notes with velvet fig leaves."

Cologne Elixir Green (shown) is "Clean, sophisticated and woody. Our Elixir Green fragrance blends crisp, lush herbaceous notes with warm amber, musk and elegant woods."

Cologne Elixir Blue is "Refreshing, adventurous and clean. Our Elixir Blue fragrance blends watery marine notes, lavender and rosemary with hints of clean white musk and woody undertones."

The Barber Men's Collection Colognes are $19.50 each for 75 ml Eau de Toilette at bathandbodyworks.

I know we're only a few days into summer, but I am so tired of even reading about beachy island scents! Does it seem to anyone else that there have been more than usual released this summer, or am I just crabby because I don't care for beachy fragrances?

(I think I may be crabby in general today 🙂

Beachy is big this year, isn't it? Perhaps there aren't any more beach fragrances than usual percentage-wise, but since there are SO many releases overall, it seems like an avalanche of them 🙂
