The Artisan Natural Perfumers Guild is celebrating the first anniversary of its re-launch with a new name and home on the web: the Natural Perfumers Guild. The Guild currently has 88 members, and accepts new memberships from professional perfumers, associates, suppliers and enthusiasts:

Many of the Enthusiast level members are in the mentoring program, believed to be the only one of its kind for entry level natural perfumers. There they are mentored one-on-one with a professional perfumer.

The Guild was founded by author and perfumer Mandy Aftel in 2002, closed it briefly for business reorganiztion, and ownership was transferred to designer and perfumer Anya McCoy in 2006.

An online free educational adjunct of the Guild is the Yahoo group of more than 1200 members that McCoy hosts at health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalPerfumery/ and anyone interested in natural perfumery is welcome to join.
