Masaki Matsushima has launched their latest fragrance in the mat; series, Cherry:
It is quite a challenge to create a feminine fragrance that is based on the cherry without falling into edible scents used in liquors or candies. Jean Jacques, Masaki's "nose" managed this subtle combination of the mat; base with a cherry top and blossom heart.
The notes include cherry, blackcurrant, bilberry, watermelon, lotus flower, cherry blossom, sweet pea, raspberry, crystal musk and blackberry. Masaki Matsushima Cherry is an Eau de Parfum, and is available in 20 and 40 ml Eau de Parfum at sephora.
Other recent releases from Masaki Matsushima: M; Men.
Guerlain has reintroduced Chamade Pour Homme, a Jean Paul Guerlain fragrance originally released as a limited edition in 1999. Chamade Pour Homme joins the Les Parisiennes collection; the notes include bergamot, black pepper, violet, hyacinth, green notes, nutmeg, precious woods, leather and vetiver. 125 ml Eau de Parfum, in the classic bee bottle. OMG! I must try Chamade pour homme!
Love the regular Chamade, but had honestly never heard of the men's — which makes me wonder if it wasn't all that fabulous? Will see if they have it at Bergdorf's next I am there, but they never have whatever I'm wanting to try 🙂
Chamade pour homme was launched as a pair for women`s version for Special Valentine Edition one year.
It was two great bottles that together formed Crystal Heart.
The scent itself could be described as Flowery Coriolan.
I hope that they did not reformulate CPH, as they did with Les Parisiennes Derby …
It seems unlikely that they didn't, though, almost everything has been reformulated since 1999 given all the new regulations 🙁
