A Socialite's Life recently reported their discovery that Sean "Diddy" Combs had been denied the trademark for Unforgivable, his debut fragrance release. The news was subsequently posted on a number of websites, including this one. However...
...reps for Sean "Diddy" Combs have revealed that the mogul's Unforgivable fragrance does not infringe on any trademark.
"Christian Casey LLC owns rights to the trademark Unforgivable for use with the Sean John fragrance," an Unforgivable spokesperson told SOHH.com exclusively. "Christian Casey negotiated a co-existence agreement with Paris Bleu whereby Paris Bleu has assigned its rights to the trademark Unforgivable to Christian Casey and the parties have agreed to co-exist in the market using their respective marks, Unforgivable and Unforgiven."

Oh, thank goodness! I was so worried for Diddy! *snort*
I am known for being a calm, objective type of person who dispassionate analyzes situations to see both sides of an issue.
I hate this bottle (“ribbed for her pleasure”?) & the whole marketing concept (Puff with two chicks in dishabille).
I had to vent. It's been a hectic week.
LOL, we can all relax now 🙂
Can't argue with any of that! I don't like (or even understand the purpose of) the outer lucite box either. The bottle looks much better without it.
And feel free to vent any time. Venting is good.
