Jean Paul Gaultier will launch his first unisex fragrance, Gaultier2 ("Gaultier to the power of two", shown above left) in France this September. The juice was created by Francis Kurkdjian and features amber, musk and vanilla. (via cosmeticnews) Update: see a review of Gaultier2.
Parfums di Nicolai has released Eau Exotique Eau Fraiche, with notes of lime, petitgrain, sweet orange, cassis, mango, jasmine, vetiver, patchouli, cedar, and musk. Now available at beautyhabit. Update: see a review of Nicolai Eau Exotique.
Christian Lacroix is set to launch Tumulte for women (see above right). The notes include green mandarin, freesia, rose, heliotrope, iris, musk, tonka bean and patchouli. (via abc-luxe) Update: Christian Lacroix Tumulte Pour Femme is an Eau de Parfum, and is available in 30, 50 and 100 ml and in matching body products. The perfumer was Francoise Caron. Did you have the chance of smelling Gaultier2? I see everybody claims it contains amber, vanilla and musk, but I happened to smell it a couple of days ago, and my impression was that the first thing that comes to your nose is a powerful jasmine note, a little rotten and phenolic giving that dual idea of an unisex perfume.
A very interesting approach to the unisex family, I think, but not a great fragrance I would say.
It will be interesting to hear your comments on this.

Rafael, I have not smelled it yet — it was not yet at the mall the last time I did a perfume trip. Hopefully will get to it in the next few weeks!
