Another celebrity perfume

Giacomo, the winner of the Kentucky Derby, is set to launch his own fragrance (link no longer working, sorry!), Whoa by Giacomo. Thanks to Karen for finding this very funny commentary on celebrity perfumes!

Thanks for posting my “find”, Robin! I hope those “celebrity perfumers” read this article and realize how ridiculous their scents are!

LOL, what do they care, they're laughing all the way to the bank!

Sad, but true, Robin, they are a greedy bunch, and it's all about the $$$, not the quality of the fragrance. As perfume connisseurs, we must rise above the (minor) temptation of the celeb-scent!

Hmm. I'd rather buy this horse's scent over Paris Hilton's and SJP's. I think a cologne with coumarin and leather that reminds you of a slightly sweaty saddle lying on a haystack is much more interesting than green apple martinis. Hermes should hop on it. Sorry.

LOL, you know, the article is a satire, but it would probably sell! On a more serious note, I hear Hermes has a new leather Hermessence coming out so perhaps your wish will come true :-)
