Mizensir Bright Wood ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 3 October 2026 Leave a Comment

Mizensir, the fragrance line of perfumer Alberto Morillas, has launched Bright Wood, a new fragrance.

Dawn light slices the still-silent room in two, reaching the bed just as it stirs awake. Everything unfolds in that hushed interval, suspended between night and day. Before the first messages, before the first decisions, it is in this moment of passage that we choose how we will inhabit the day ahead.

Bright Wood's luminous, woody trail marks the crossing from the intimacy of waking to the energy of the world outside. Its scent rouses the body, clears the mind, setting the pitch for the hours to come like a tuning fork. Woody, warm, reassuring, it settles into the skin in quiet harmony, the final note of an ensemble considered down to its smallest detail.

The perfumer's words: “I imagined this fragrance as an anchor, a keynote that sets the tone right from the first moments of the morning. The entire challenge was to illuminate the nobility of the woods without compromising their depth. This dialogue between vivid light and a warm, textured base creates an immediate sense of harmony: a clean, reassuring, and effortlessly natural trail.”

The notes include ambrox, cashmeran, mandarin, neroli, orange blossom, praline, cardamom, sandalwood, cedar, patchouli, tonka bean, vanilla and musk.

Mizensir Bright Wood is available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
