We're marking the first weekend in October with our semi-regular viewing poll. Coming up soon: the fall reading poll (on the 17th) and possibly a splitmeet in November (there was very little interest in the spring splitmeet, so do mention in the comments if you'd like to see one this fall).
So, the “visual media” version of our fall reading poll. Tell us...
...what fragrance you're wearing today?
...any great tv shows or movies you've discovered recently, and/or
...anything else fun you've been streaming (exercise videos? cat videos? anything),
Or, as always, just talk about something else...

I have been since yesterday in a veil of now considered vintage Chance: both parfum and the original EdT with pineapple in it. Vintage Chance lasts forever and ever.
Hwyl EDP from my bottle
I’ve been watching Sunday sermons from my favorite church in Colorado and two of my favorite health podcasts religiously ( no pun intended)….The Model Health Show and Extend Podcast.
I made two wonderful discoveries while rummaging in my collection yesterday: a decant of le Bouquet de la Mariée and a 30ml spray tester cube of Le Plus Beau Jour de Ma Vie. 🥳 Yesterday I wore Plus Beau Jour, but I’ll save le Bouquet for another day as it’s going to be 98 degrees plus high humidity today, so it’s going to be Neroli Outrenoir instead.
We’re about to enjoy a week of crisp, cool, fall-esque mornings and cloudless, summerlike days, so I’m in the apricot-and-osmanthus happiness of Fzotic Monserrat.
On tv we just finished the final season of Shrinking (a little bit preachy but still fun), are in the middle of the newest season of Ted Lasso (not bad so far), and have been re-watching Sherlock (the one with Benedict Cumberbatch — so weird). We also have two unwatched seasons of Only Murders in the Building, but I’m having difficulty talking Mr. G into them.
Nothing else streaming, unless you count watching my dahlias go a bit crazy with blooms lately. Their apricot color really pops against the turquoise pots they’re planted in.
