Bottega Veneta Alta x 10 ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 4 June 2026 9 Comments

Bottega Veneta has launched Alta, a new collection of 10 fragrances: Always Now, Balliamo, Bare Morning, Crepuscolo, Moment After, Montebello, Night Sounds, Ricordami, Slow Rise and Velvet Steps.

Composed of ten Eau de Parfum expressions, Alta marks the next chapter in the house's olfactory journey. At the core of the collection lies the concept of 'Intrecciato duo', weaving together an ingredient from Italy with another originating from different corners of the globe.

Always Now ~ "A vivid spark, a lasting impression. This joyful fragrance anchors the freshness of an Italian basil accord in the sophisticated depth of vetiver bourbon essence from Madagascar. Always Now is crafted for those who live in the moment and savor lasting memories." Additional notes include bergamot, lemon, green mandarin, sweet orange, ginger, petitgrain, spearmint, neroli, figolide, cedar and musks.

Balliamo ~ "Balliamo means “let’s dance!” in Italian. This fragrance is both festive and sensual, combining lush white fig with the depths of American cedarwood. Spirited and carefree, it’s a fragrance that evokes beautiful settings, sparkling encounters, and balmy summer nights." Additional notes include pomelo, cedrat, pepper, myrtle, lavender, vetiver and ambronova.

Bare Morning ~ "Delicate yet distinct, Bare Morning entwines the powdery softness of Italian talco accord with the enveloping elegance of Oceania sandalwood. A gentle, generous fragrance inspired by the intimacy of leisurely mornings spent enveloped in sunlight and soft sheets." Additional notes include pink pepper, apricot seed, freesia, skin musks and cashmeran.

Crepuscolo ~ "Crepuscolo means “twilight” in Italian. This fragrance evokes the shimmering beauty of dusk settling over the sea. With the salty brightness of Fior di Sale and the richness of South Asian oud, it captures the moment that light meets water as day transitions to night." Additional notes include bergamot, cardamom, incense, cypress, figolide, gurjum balsam, mugane, cedarwood, cedar, ciste labdanum, cypriol, fir balsam, patchouli and vetiver.

Moment After ~ "Moment After evokes the subtle thrill of a beautiful encounter. This refined fragrance unfolds with deep leather accords softened by the smooth warmth of vanilla, evoking a memory worn on skin." Additional notes include bergamot, cardamom, pink pepper, mate absolute, orcanox and tonka bean.

Montebello ~ "Named after Montebello Vicentino, the hometown of Bottega Veneta’s atelier, this fragrance opens with the zesty brightness of blood orange, layered with the delicacy and depth of neroli. Luminous and refined, it evokes the atelier's verdant garden, a serene landscape of pine and orange trees." Additional notes include lemon sfuma, bergamot, grapefruit, orange blossom, musks and ambrox super.

Night Sounds ~ "Inspired by the magic and mystery of nighttime, this fragrance blends the fiery elegance of a Italian saffron accord with the depth of Vietnamese benzoin. Subtle yet captivating, it evokes memories made by moonlight." Additional notes include pink pepper, mugane, fir balsam, cedar,  sublimolide, cypriol and amber.

Ricordami ~ "Ricordami means “remember me” in Italian. Summer-sweet and nostalgic, this fragrance combines the milky vanilla and chocolate notes of stracciatella ice cream with soothing, grounding oakwood. Playful yet sophisticated, it celebrates the whimsy and wonder of youth." Additional notes include rum, paradisone, ambrox super, patchouli, dreamwood, helvetolide, muscenone and olibanum.

Slow Rise ~ "Like the blooming of a summer rose, Slow Rise reveals itself softly. A fragrance that embraces taking time for oneself, it weaves together floral essences with lively pink peppercorn and refreshing mandarin." Additional notes include bergamot, clary sage, lavender, rose, orris and geranium.

Velvet Steps ~ "Velvet Steps evokes the intimacy of a passing moment. The syrupy richness of Italian plum accord melts into Spanish labdanum, unfolding with a soft, enveloping intensity." Additional notes include olibanum, myrrh, ylang ylang, cypriol, ambrocenide and musks.

Bottega Veneta Always Now, Balliamo, Bare Morning, Crepuscolo, Moment After, Montebello, Night Sounds, Ricordami, Slow Rise and Velvet Steps are available in 15 ($65), 50 ($230), 100 ($300) ml Eau de Parfum and in a 150 ml refill.  There is also a discovery set ($90) and a miniature set ($390), and various leather accessories.

It took L’Oreal less than 7 months to release 10 perfumes for Bottega Veneta.’

Is ten really enough, though? I think they should have gone for fifty.

Hard to see what difference it makes, to be honest.

They couldn’t just do 11 and keep (or bring back) the original BV?
