The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 6 March 2026 6 Comments

Mr. Bubble Foam Soap, in a twin pack with Blueberry and Original Bubble. "Mr. Bubble makes getting clean almost as much fun as getting dirty! Mr. Bubble Foam Soap Twin Pack makes bath time double the fun with two different scents – Blueberry and Original Bubblegum. The foam soap will bring out your kiddo’s creativity; they can make silly foam sculptures and drawings in the tub or on the side of the shower. The foam soap washes thoroughly, leaving skin soft, smooth, and squeaky clean." Two x 227g for $6.99 at Target.

What’s up with blueberry and strawberry? Nutella has a flavor (Nutella) with this combo. OTOH, I also, ahem, bought foam soap in Peeps scent from BB&W …

I need to smell the original again! It could be a fun blast from the past. If I am not mistaken, those foaming canisters came on the market during my youth. As an especially novelty-loving child, I am sure I begged Mom to get them for us.

I cannot remember it at all (the OG smell) but feel sure I would recognize it right away if it was the same.

I don’t remember the OG smell of Mr. Bubble either. My parents quit buying it because I had skin irritation from using it. That soap in there was kind of harsh.
