The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 8 August 2024 9 Comments

More Roger & Gallet soaps, this time, done up as mixed trios in a tin. Shown is the Pop Orange set, with 100g soaps in Red Ginger, Neroli and Carnation Mignardise. There are also trios in Pink Love (Rose, Feuille de Thé and Rose Thé), Flower Power (Fleur de Figuier, Fleur d'Osmanthus and Royal Lavender) and Fresh Wood (Bois d'Orange, Cédrat and Bois de Santal). At Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada, $25 (sorry, not sure if that is USD or CAD).

Very! They have some LE bottles for the Olympics, too.

I struggle with the names, I must admit. It’s been Œillet Mignardise for so long, Carnation Mignardise sounds a bit off somehow.

Œillet Mignardise was my most favorite carnation scented soap. 😊

Me, too. I still have a box of three bars in my socks-and-underwear drawer. It seems to keep its scent forever — it has to be at least ten years since I bought the box, and I still catch a whiff of it when I open the drawer. Maybe I should use it as soap from time to time! I could always get more — and those sets are awfully tempting.

I may have been on the English site, I can’t remember now.
