Parfum d’Empire Un Bel Amour d’Ete ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 4 April 2024 9 Comments

French niche line Parfum d’Empire has launched Un Bel Amour d’Été, a new fragrance.

Forever love. It’s the feeling that you’ve met the love of your life. Mad passion against a backdrop of blue waves, hot shiny skins embracing on warm sand, exhaling the scent of white flowers and their animalic notes.

[...] Forever flowers. Flesh-soft corollas waft fleshly scents melding skin and petals, suffused with sun-kissed eroticism. Rounded and milky, gardenia is the beating heart of the fragrance. It is enhanced by a radiant magnolia flower essence with nuances of apricot, and the golden languor of ylang absolute.

Forever solar. The rare and exotic tropical cousin of magnolia, champaca lends the balsamic, jasmine-y, oily lavishness of its absolute to this mirage of floral flesh. Blond vanilla from Madagascar conjures golden skin. The essence of Indian sandalwood intensifies the creamy sensation of this vahine’s bouquet. Precious ambrette, a vegetal musk, sheds its light on silky sand. Carnal and solar, the perfume blooms on skin in a searingly sensuous evocation of an unforgettable, beautiful summer love.

Parfum d'Empire Un Bel Amour d’Été is available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Hearing a lot of great things about this brand. Need to get my hands on some samples. Or find a perfume store in NYC who carries them!

I do love their work, have 6 bottles. So no matter how florid the marketing speak, I’ll definitely try this new one.

If you’re in NYC there MUST be someplace where you can test them out.

Scent Bar (Luckyscent) carries the brand.
They have a boutique in NYC on 244 Elizabeth St.

Ordering samples straight from the house in Paris is the move.

5 x 1.5ml atomizers for 20 euro no shipping, & that cost applies towards your first full bottle. Which will be inevitable because all the scents are lush, witty, & beautifully crafted.
