Marc Jacobs has launched Daisy Pop, Daisy Love Pop and Daisy Eau So Fresh Pop, a new trio of limited edition flankers for women. (Last year's model: Daisy Paradise.)
Housed in a limited-edition matte pink bottle, this lively, fun-spirited fragrance draws inspiration from the color block and distinctive textures featured throughout Marc Jacobs fashion collections. The eye-catching playful bottles are reimagined in full matte pink with pops of purple, green, and red giving the caps a surprising twist!
Daisy Pop ~ "Daisy Marc Jacobs Pop features a zesty symphony of sparkling grapefruit, delicately balanced by the ethereal notes of yuzu and violet leaf. At its heart, hints of jasmine intertwine with fresh kumquat and floral violet accords, before being grounded with earthy musk and woody undertones of warm pample wood and soothing vanilla. The notes dance together to create an extraordinary combination of unexpected citrusy aromas that sparkle." In 50 ml Eau de Toilette.
Daisy Love Pop ~ "The sunny and airy aromas of cloudberry and bergamot unfold into a heavenly heart of smooth, green pistachio and chantilly cream. Velvety sorbettolide blends with the warm tones of benzoin, creating an addictive scent that makes Marc Jacobs Daisy Love a fragrance to be adored." In 50 ml Eau de Toilette.
Daisy Eau So Fresh Pop ~ "Bursting with fresh lemon, pear, and lime, Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Pop presents a juicy and unexpected gourmet fragrance. Its heart is adorned with the floral essence of velvety rose, accentuated by a playful burst of fruity raspberry and violet, imparting an aura of timeless elegance. Balanced by earthy musk and crystal moss, the warm embrace of cedarwood envelops the heart notes of this olfactory creation, leaving a trail of invigorating aromas in its wake." In 75 ml Eau de Toilette.

Huh! Kumquat! For some reason, I have a gentle little addiction to kumquat jam, which can only be obtained at great expenses (for jam) from Saint Dalliefirth or some such. I will try to sniff this Sugar Pop with kumquat, altho I suppose it will smell unmemorably similar to all the other Mark Jacob’s unmemorable scents…
Kumquat jam is amazing…my sister made kumquats in syrup (using Kevin’s recipe) and then coated them in chocolate with cardamom, they were out of this world too.
Oh, happy to know I am not the only one! I hope to try making some jam of my own the next time I see fresh kumquats in a store.
