1. Frankincense: I particularly appreciate this in the base note of my compositions.
2. Davana: Which I always consider as one of the most valuable top notes of a fragrance—mostly for the narcotic oriental ones.
3. Tuberose: The very mysterious one. Still enigmatic for me after 38 year of work.

I’m kind of a Duchaufour fan girl and it’s that incense in the base that I love. Interesting that tuberose is enigmatic to him.
I am a fan girl too, although I’ve long since lost track of his (and everybody’s) new work.
Has he made one with frankincense, davana and tuberose? I think I would instantly love it!
Unless Nuit de Tubereuse has davana…or I should just say not that I know of!
