The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 3 September 2021 6 Comments

Were you wishing Diptyque made (luxury) pajamas with a fig leaf pattern? Well, lo and behold, your wishes have come true: "Designed by artist Pierre Marie, the fig pattern is inspired by iconic diptyque fragrance Philosykos. Hand-made in a Portuguese studio specializing in the highest quality ready-to-wear garments. The fabric is in cotton poplin, known for its delicate touch and perfect fit. Comes with a woven, fabric pouch for storage. To wear day and night, as pajamas or mixed with jeans or a tee-shirt." $325. Hat tip to Kevin!

Cute, but it’s a nope from me. If I’m going to drop many dollars on pajamas, they will be silk. I had a set of red silk pjs years ago, and sleeping in them was a special kind of luxury. ❤️

Lucky for me I do not even like the pattern, so I’m safe. (I’d be safe anyway since I don’t have that sort of cash for pajamas, but still, nicer not to even like them)

No, but I will always wish I were being scented and cooled by a set of Tam Dao rotating fans, which I swear existed at one point.

I totally am, but had embellished a lot to create my personal fantasy product.

    (I had a feeling you’d remember the fan ?)

Hey, that’s a decent fantasy! I would buy one.
