From the National Botanic Garden of Wales (Gardd Fotaneg Genedlaethol Cymru), first, recent footage of the Japanese Garden, then (below the jump) Daffodil Day, back in March (a great video if you want specific variety names to plant in your own garden). Then, a general promotional video for the garden from 2014, and last, from 2019, a video about Gardd Lles, a wellbeing garden designed and sponsored by the National Botanic Garden of Wales at the RHS Flower Show Cardiff.
I turned my phone upside down in an attempt to make sense of the title but of course the orientation followed suit. I would never have guessed other than the continuing garden series.
Thank you! It was nice to see the different sorts of daffodils. I’ve been curious about Narcissus moschatus for some time. We’ve got big clumps of ‘Tete-a-Tete’ that bloom not far from the front porch. I haven’t gotten into trying to grow those “hoop petticoat” sorts of narcissus. I know they’re in a specific division, but I’m not going to try to figure it out which one now.
It was nice to see the botanic garden as a whole, too. I really appreciate that while we can’t go to public gardens, you’re bringing the gardens to us.
I love those Mary Poppins & White Petticoat — we have so many daffodils already, but I’m tempted to search those out.
