Designed to celebrate the return of spring, it is composed of white flowers and stamen affixed to 24-carat gold-plated wire." €550 for 125 ml plus a 20 ml travel bottle in white leather sheath. For €550 the flowers should look like lily of the valley… these certainly don’t.
This made me laugh.
Having a May birthday, I lust after this every year, even though lily of the valley doesn’t really work for me, and I can’t afford it anyway.
If it helps, I’ve heard the fragrance is dull even if you like lotv.
Oh no, is it?? Then why waste all their energy making such gorgeous bottles for it each year?! Bummer.
Oh, because I’m sure lots of people love it! But I did not think it was all that and a bag of chips before they reformulated it under Wasser, and I hear now it’s cleaner….which is probably how many people prefer it.
I’m gonna go out on a limb and assume they mean bisque or un-glazed.
