Three decades, 500 bottles and almost half a million Australian dollars later, Tamara has curated what amounts to a personal perfume museum in her own home. ‘I always wore perfume, but the collection really got going in my forties when I had the money to commit to it. Wow..this is really something!
Isn’t it, though? I can kinda relate, on a much smaller scale. I’d hate to count all the lipsticks I own. ?
Ha! I own one….but middle Marzipan has ” borrowed” it… won’t tell you how many she has lol ?? ?
No kidding.
I have spent a small fortune on my 140 bottle collection. Do I know the grand total that I have spent? Nope but it’s up there. Can’t imagine having that large of a collection.
I don’t want to know what I spent either, and wish I’d stopped buying large bottles long before I did.
I would love the Lalique bottle but man oh man those Revlon Couturines doll lipsticks are so cool!
Seriously, why don’t they still make those??
I hate to say it but my first thought was “only 500 bottles”, what’s the big deal? I don’t know how many I have but it’s way, way more. Not bragging, merely stating a fact.

Do gifts, decant s, minis, gwps, splits, freebies count?
I can’t believe it! I HAVE that dragonfly bottle! My friend gave it to me because she knows I love perfume. It isn’t in fantastic shape and I hunted for the longest time to figure out what it was.
I’d sell it for that and split it with her!
