I have never tried a single Aerin fragrance.
    Am I missing out?

Honestly not really. I feel like a lot of what they do is well done, but very derivative.

The closest I ever came to buying an Aerin fragrance was Hibiscus Palm because it reminded me so much of Tom Ford’s Orchid Soleil (a top 5 favorite perfume of mine). But then I decided it wasn’t different enough to warrant the purchase.

However, I’m very excited for this one. It sounds promising.

Speaking of derivative… I wonder whether this one will be reminiscent of Tom Ford Café Rose… (two Lauder brands!)

I class them in with brands like Atelier Cologne and Jo Malone: well behaved, well done, overpriced. You are not likely to miss any masterpieces by skipping them entirely. If you are searching for no brainers, they are a decent resource.

Not going to argue the classification of the brand, but this particular fragrance does look yummy.

I have tried a few and walked away.
To me, they are like coke that has gone flat.
      Why bother?
