Hump Day and the National Day of Service and Remembrance. What fragrance are you wearing?
I'm in Imaginary Authors O, Unknown!, so no points for me today.
Reminder: On 9/13, protect yourself from bad (Friday the 13th) juju with a Fierce Force Field Fragrance. Adapted from a suggestion by chocolatemarzipan.
And for those of you who like to plan ahead, see Scent of the day ~ Friday community projects 2019, where I'll try to always have the next five or six weeks mapped out in advance.

I’m in Dior Cuir Cannage today because someone mentioned it recently – it is So Good! I’m working through a large decant, but can see I’m going to need to track down a bottle somehow, somewhere. (I’m such a sucker for spicy leathers.)
Ciao!
I am not sure you saw my comment yesterday but I was asking about your Gucci Edp
I have never smelled this but curious because I like scents with cumin (Songes has a little)
Hi LTSG! You’re right – I didn’t see your note yesterday. The Gucci is discontinued but still available various places – it’s the one that is dark brown juice in a clear-glass, square bottle. (There are two “Gucci EDP” versions, and the other one is not at all similar to the one I love.) It’s an oriental, and aside from the cumin note it has very well-blended orange blossom and sweet spices. It’s really lovely.
Any places to look for it or try a sample online?
Sounds lovely ?
E(vil)Bay always has some, but I originally discovered it via Surrender to Chance (no affiliation), and they still have some available for sampling. Search for “Gucci EDP 2002 (brown perfume in heavy square bottle)” and it should pop right up.
If you like cumin, you need to try 4160 Tuesdays Maxed Out. I recoiled from it.
Or Serge Noire. Many people find the cumin unbearable, but the hours-long dry down creates a beautiful personal cloud of incense.
I got gasoline, metal and cumin out of that one. Ick.
My nose stopped at cumin and I had to scrub it off immediately.
Same about being a sucker for spicy leathers! Haven’t tried that one though!
Aedes de Venustas Iris Nazarena. Beautiful and serene for my somber mood today. Have a peaceful day everyone!
Beautiful, indeed. I really think Iris Nazarena almost requires a bit of somberness.
It is definitely not a happy perfume. I see it as a very grey, gloomy one. I love it though!
Agreed!
You smell lovely. I love grey, somber iris perfumes.
Thank you! ?
What everone else said. You smell lovely!
Thank you, Petunia! ?
Ha! And I have not planned an iris week at all. Let’s see what’s going to happen tomorrow.
Today was an iris day after all.
Ha! And I have not planned an iris week at all. Let’s see what’s going to happen tomorrow.
I’m quite emotional today as well and also reached for iris.
It is not an easy day. Iris perfumes are perfect because they are very comfy and uplifting.
Sampling Soivohle Lizzie Ann, a dewy, slightly spicy gardenia.
Yesterday, my brother surprised me by coming into town and joining my husband and I for lunch since my birthday was Mon
How do you like Lizzie Ann? I’m tempted just for the name…it’s my name!!
You need to get it, regardless!?
??
I like it. It’s fairly natural smelling, isn’t huge like Velvet Gardenia, less woody than Sotto La Luna Gardenia and doesn’t particularly have the gardenia funk smell that some perfumes do. Also, I agree that you should get some because it’s your name
Belated happy birthday, LizzieB! I think you need a bottle of Lizzie Ann. ?
Oh, I posted incorrectly. Still think you need a bottle!
Happy belated birthday! My brother is here in town now visiting me, too!
Belated Happy Birthday!
What a nice surprise. Happy belated!?
Happy Belated!
Happy Belated Birthday! Thanks for the review on Lizzie Ann. I have a sample of it that I haven’t tried yet.
Sounds like a great birthday !
Happy belated birthday!
Happy belated birthday to you! ?
Happy birthday!
I’m wearing Pamplelune, which I love, even with the edge of sweat that the grapefruit presents.
I love that bitter sulfuric edge of Pamplelune too.
I love that one. I keep my little decant in the fridge.
Purple flower kick, lilacs, irises, wisteria. Today I am in Stephen Jones Wisteria Hysteria. I associate wisteria with meditation and ethereal connections with the natural world, so this is veeringly, slightly on theme.
And very, very pretty.
Someone revently mentioned the first Stephen Jones scent, in the black bottle, supposed to be a lot of violet? I want to try it too.
It was probably me–re the Stephen Jones. (I worked hard to find my bottle–it has been discontinued but there are bottles around.) Are you in the US? If so, ping me at ann dottie eisenberg attagirl comcast dottie net and I’ll send you a sample!
Ha, I also schemed and plotted for mine a few months ago! I really wish they would release it again, as I adore it.
I wish they would as well
And in 15 ml, please! (not likely)
Angelique Noire
Tea David’s breakfast
You smell good, twice!
Angelique Noire
Tea David’s breakfast
You smell good, squared!
I’m wearing Epice Marine, because someone mentioned it recently. It’s 50% Voyage, 50% essence of Hermessence. I like it, although I may smell slightly too much like a gin and tonic for work.
That one was pretty cumin-forward on me – I would’ve preferred the gin and tonic.
Mmmm, maybe my favorite Hermessence! I love the initial spicy blast but even the discreet musky base is lovely.
Finally using up my decant of Perfumer H Orange Leaf today. So glad I got to try this one!
I’m taking the afternoon off today, just because. Echoing pl67 – hope you all have a peaceful day.
Enjoy your afternoon off!
That decant hung on for a while, didn’t it? Will you replace it?
It did! I checked with Perfumer H and it the price of an FB alone is a little much for me – and that’s before the added cost of shipping to the US. But I do have a new bottle of Cap Neroli that I think will scratch the same itch.
Hope you enjoy the afternoon off.
Wishing a day of peace for everyone.
I am wearing Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt.
Have a peaceful day!
I almost went with that today! You smell so nice.
☮
You smell wonderful!
Good morning Y’all,
It’s been hot as blazes here, so I’m in Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue Italian Zest. It’s soooooo good in heat and humidity!
https://www.instagram.com/p/B2QLgHrhuoH/ #NeverForget #September11
I saw that on your insta feed..
Kids have such an innocent artistic and profound way of expressing themselves.
Hope you get some relief from the heat soon.
Your daughters art is touching.
I have an appointment with my surgeon this afternoon to see if my last surgery was successful enough to be the final surgery or whether I will have to go back for more. I’m technically not supposed to wear anything scented but I plan on wearing a speck of one of the C de G incense scents just to keep me calm.
Wishing you good luck!
Fingers crossed for you. ScentSpirit!
Good luck!
Good Luck, ScentSpirit!
Best wishes for good outcome and calm.
I hope it goes well!
good luck
Wishing you calm, serenity and good news.
Sending positive thoughts.
Hoping for the best, ScentSpirit!
I hope you get good news!
I hope the news is good!
I’m sure your surgeon won’t mind. And a small dab of one of the CdG incenses is hardly likely to be overwhelming.
I hope you have good news.
Hoping you get good news!
Best wishes for positive results!
Good luck.
I hope that you had good news/results at your appointment!
Good luck!
Hoping the best for you!
Sending hugs and hoping for the best possible news.
Hope today went well. We have all been thinking about you!
I have been in Shalimar Souffle all wk. Something about this airy vanilla I just keep coming back to.
It’s so nice to wear the same fragrance all week too…less to think about.
Yeah, this is the intense version which I didn’t find to be very different from original Souffle. I am surprised this one kinda grew on me cause I know there’s the white musk element, which I usually hate. And I did dislike this scent at first but Guerlain vanilla saved it. Nothing compares to a Guerlain vanilla.
Accidentally commando so far today, but will spray on something light and citrusy when I go home for lunch. I think I have a tiny bit of a Selva do Brazil sample left. Much humoggity here.
The humoggity (love that word!!) has landed here too. Selva do Brazil is a perfect choice.
It’s a great word!
I thought my dad was the only person who says humoggity!
We say it in Kentucky!
In JD Jeffrey Dame Vanilla Farfelue, a floral aldehyde. Came in my Olfactif sample pack yesterday and jumped out at me. (Aldehyde fan, here.) It’s ridiculously affordable, too: $38 for 50ml. What?!?
Will probably FB this one. I ordered some other samples from his site, too.
Ooh, thanks for the heads up on aldehydes. It’s one of my favorites, too, and I was planning I picking up some Fame samples from Olfactif.
Hey kpaint, I can send you a sample of the VF. I, eerrmm, have a bottle of it.
The force field honey tobacco goodness of Chergui.
?
Must dig mine out, now that it’s fall.
Smelling great!
In a bit of Terracotta post-cleaning and pre-showering. Force field? Perhaps. I can see it fitting that category.
In Ottawa where the temps have thankfully come back up. I don’t even want to think about what 6C translates to in Fahrenheit, but that was the low the other night ❄
Oh, and I may be in the process of turning my niece into one of us. We spent time sniffing together the other day, both at home from my bottles and at Shoppers Drug Mart (I love Canadian drug stores!)
She has an excellent nose and can pick out notes more accurately than I can. It occurred to me that that’s probably because she worked at a tea shop until very recently. Excellent olfactory training ground!
Too bad you’re away from Cleveland this week – the summer temps are BACK
Here too! And humidity!? I had to turn my air back on.
Me too!
YES I’ve been checking the comparative temps, and it’s exactly what I’d anticipated. Oh, well
We were here last year for Canadian Thanksgiving (around Oct 10th.) I was walking around in a parka and insulated boots (and still cold) while it was in the 80s in Cleveland…
I’m wearing the last remnants of a Sephora sample of TF Mandarino di Amalfi. Nice and juicy!
The weather today in NYC could be similar to the Amalfi Coast
Citrus is a great way to cut thru the muggies! Boy oh boy are they back.
I love that one! Like you said, nice and juicy!
PHI Rose de Kandahar, definitely a protective force field.
Found out yesterday that Andy Tauer’s new release next week is L’Air des Alpes Suisses.
Top Note: Herbs
Heart Note: Green Notes, Spices, Floral Notes
Base Note: Woods, Fir, Ambergris
Sign me up ?
That does sound promising.
I love the name, and the actual Alps as well.
The new Tauer sounds right up my alley. Must sit on hands…
Oh, that sounds good!
Interesting!
Dagnabbit! I’m going to want this, I just know it.
I’m wearing Prada Infusion d’Oeillet. It’s a good time for this beauty.
You smell so good! Not sure why, but I always want to wear carnation perfumes in the fall.
Lovely scent:).
My force field SOTD = Chanel No.19 EDP.
In other news, I tested Memo Paris Italian Leather last night. OMG – green leather vanilla❣️ The travel spray set was out of stock at Bergdorfs where I could have leveraged an effective ~ 12% discount (darn NYC taxes). I will continue my search (already have potential splitees lined up)!
Have yourselves a peaceful day.
I figured you’d wear 19 this week!?
Hope you have a peaceful day also.
Thank you. How could I not wear my armor?
You smell gorgeous.
Thank you, mals!
Almost twins in 19 Poudre! This is less a force field and more a soft cloud of protection.
I have Poudre as well and need to move it out of the neglected bottles section!
AH, is BG doing their Beauty save event?
Yes they are, until 9/16!
Ha! I thought you were hooked on Italian Leather since a while ago!?
I love it too
There’s Memo Paris overload. I know I smelled this before but with the range available, I got olfactory fatigue. Smelling this on its own was the trick. I am smitten.
Twins forever!
“Green leather vanilla” sound intriguing!
Argh, should be “sounds”.
LoL. It is very good. The green green is tomato leaf. W00t!
Ooooooh. I love the smell of a real tomato leaf crushed between my fingers in the height of summer. ??
I got the tomato leaf but not the vanilla, sadly.
Sheer perfection, a great pick.
It is!
Twins (though maybe fraternal?) in No. 19. I’m in the edt today. Also, I love Italian Leather!
I’m in Tam Dao edt because I need some zen in a big way. This month is really kicking me in the you-know-what. Between getting the kids back to school, the crazy busyness of work and my own online schooling, I feel like one of those plate spinners. I know things will slow down. Eventually.
I was just starting to wonder where you’ve been. Hopefully things will calm down soon.
I hope so too! At least there is warm weather and sun? predicted for this weekend, really looking forward to that.
Tam Dao is a great “Keep Calm And Carry On!” scent.
It really is!
Hear hear!
Hang in there!
I could use a scent forcefield today. Tension at my place of work is thick enough to cut with a knife following altercation between two of my coworkers. SOTD is the lovely but fleeting Cologne du 68. I LOVE this stuff. I just found a bottle for a reasonable price on the bay but am tempted to look for a backup.
I’m sorry about your work stress. I’m currenty enjoying some lovely time off, and it’s such a relief not to have to do things and deal with stupidity.
I’m sure you smell great. It’s one of the Guerlain colognes that I’ve never tried.
Ugh, work stress is awful. Keep on keeping on, Petunia.
I saw your comment about the coworker who seems to have been the root cause of all the aggro. Ugh. My sympathies.
I’m sorry it was another stinko day.
I’ve just returned from my first day in Paris this holiday, so I’m smelling of quite a number of things.
I was actually quite restrained perfume wise and only got 2 bottles. My much coveted La fin d’un été from Pierre Bourdon. I think this line will probably be out of production soon. The Astier de Villatte shop was still out of the Sous les Magnolias and were very uncertain whether there would be anymore coming in.
I got some lovely teas at Mariage Frères and some Infusions (Tisanes) at Damman Frères and somehow ended up in the Nicolaï shop on Rue des Archives. I tried the new Baïkal Leather and got a bottle on the spot. I found it very soft and very wearable. So I had quite a few parcels to take home on the train.
I had been planning to go to Paris on Thursday and Friday, but there will be a big strike on Friday so I think I’d be wiser to do my exploring elsewhere. The weather is gorgeous, around 23 -24 °C in the afternoons.
It all sounds wonderful. Enjoy your treasures.
Thanks Petunia, I’m sure I will.
That sounds fabulous, except for the impending strike. I hope you can avoid that mess.
This is France after all. If it were not so sad, it would amuse me rather. I’ll just do something else on Friday, which is easy, plenty of gems around here.
What fun!! Thanks for telling us all your purchases.
Dropping in to say hi (waves! sniffs deeply! ahhh, y’all smell great)
I did something completely stoopid yesterday and went out to the farm shop in sandals. I was only going to go in, pick up my box of painting supplies that The CEO decided should live in the shop, and get outta there, so I figured it wouldn’t matter. I was wrong: I tripped over a box of spare teeth for the hay rake and fell. My left hand is swollen up like a baseball and the cut in my toe required medical superglue, so I’m cranky as heck. I put on about sixteen goodly spritzes of Safari to counteract the cranky, and it’s helping.
Oh dear. That is one very unlucky fall. But you sure smell good! I had a sample of mini of Safari once, it’s a great scent.
Hey Mals! Nice to hear from you–wounded and all. If the Safari doesn’t help, hopefully Advil, ice, and an early afternoon cocktail will do the trip. Sending you best wishes!!
Oh no! Hope you feel better soon!
OH my goodness…
Oh dear, so easy to do, and with such nasty consequences.
So sorry about your accident. Hope you heal up quickly!
Ouch ouch ouch! That makes me hurt just thinking about it.
Oh no!! I hope it all gets better quickly.
Atelier Jasmin Angelique. This month’s scentbox pick, I quite like it. Uplifting green jasmine, I don’t get the cigarette smell that Fragrantica users are complaining about at all.
I wore the scent twin in the afternoon. Margiela Untitled L’Eau is quite similar, just a bit more citrus and a bit less Jasmin.
Baking in the house- my A/C broke down and it is currently 89F outside. Argh…
Started my day with a cup of coffee and 4 healthy sprays of Profumum Roma Aqua Viva to counteract the heat. While going through my sample stash I found a bit of JL Scherrer Scherrer edt and dumped it on my arms, added DG Velvet something – I am reeking havoc!!!
Too funny.
Ugh. Hope the a/c is fixed pronto.
Internet and phone lines have been down in my hood (actually, across chunks of my city and neighboring cities!) all morning, but they seem to be back in business now… at least for the moment. I wanted to call Xfinity but couldn’t figure out how to get their customer service number without the internet. Then it dawned on me! 411. Remember that ol’ thing? It still works… who knew?
Anyway, I am in Azemour Les Orangers, which was the only put-together thing about me this AM. Breakfast was yogurt with kefir over shredded wheat as I am on copious doses of azithromycin these days. Mmmm goo—well, I’ve had better.
I am ridiculously excited about a semi-staycation I have planned for this weekend. I booked a two-room suite in a nice hotel for one night for my husband and younger son in San Jose, CA. We have tickets to the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum, which reportedly has the finest collection of Egyptian artifacts west of the Mississippi (and I love the LA Getty Villa’s collection!), dinner reservations at a French-Vietnamese restaurant, and tickets to the Winchester Mystery house the next day. Plus, I’ve plotted a city walk for us on Sunday morning to Japantown and the Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph. Best thing? San Jose is a 45-minute drive for us.
It ain’t Paris or Prague, but the travel will be easy!!!
(So far, the perfume offerings I have found are zero to none unless you count the usual department stores and Sephora… oh well.)
hello Oakland, I am half way through my first Renault book, The Last of the Wine and it is very good. Heavy on the history vocabulary, but she gives you a glossary at the beginning. The relationship between Lysis and Alexias remind me a bit of Song of A, but I am only halfway so we shall see how the books develops. The main point of the book is the history, and I am enjoying it much.
Enjoy your staycation. I lived in SF for 6 years and your adventure makes me miss the bay area. However I visited last April to SF and it wasn’t the same to me. A lot has changed in the 10 years I have been gone.
I read her books so long ago I cannot remember the stories at all, just the feeling I had when I read them–how much I enjoyed them!
Totally random other recommendation–I am right now reading A Woman of No Importance, a biography of an American woman, Virginia Hall, who served in the French Resistance and then later in the CIA. The writing is fine, but the story is so breathtaking (for its improbability as much as Hall’s grit) it is really hard to put down.
That sounds like another great recommendation. Those kinds of stories are more powerful because they are true.
Just reread my rec. Just to say, when I said the writing is “fine” I mean that is okay, passes muster, waters the planters, whatever… it is the story that is so compelling, so far!
That all sounds so fun!!
Coriandre in the morning, no force field, but nice and fresh. Thunked a decant of Untitled L’Eau in the afternoon. Picked more tomatoes and bell peppers in the garden. It’s more than we can possibly eat…
If it kept me sane all through junior high it must be some sort of force field
On my way to work in a haze of Kyoto. My aunt said that she is coming for the weekend and now I have to get all my stuff out of the guest bedroom and get it into new dresser. Then I can get all my perfumes out.
You smell great!
Happy Wednesday all! I’m wearing the moschino that comes in the windex bottle. I also have a migraine…not sure if the two are related.
Can anyone compare TF f’ing fabulous to another fragrance? I see that they have a travel sized spray on sephora for $55 but I hesitate to buy it just for the name…
I would also like to know another scent very close to it. $55 for travel spray is not bad!
I personally can’t think of anything close.
It is a pretty great name. I am sorry that I cannot recall it more, but I do remember thinking, “Well, no.” As in not effing fabulous. Maybe wait until you’ve tested it?
Every time I see those window cleaner Moschinos I laugh. I keeping thinking about getting a mini, just for the bottle. What is the perfume like?
It’s very….normal haha. In the family of light blue/daisy/perfume you can wear to the office that no one will really mind. The bottle is adorable though!
SoTD: Arielle Shoshana’s Sunday scent.
She & Katia snagged me a sample while we were at the Ormonde Jayne event on Sunday.
(I heard that her sample/test bottle was so popular that a store customer requested to buy it.)
It has a beautiful slight almond-y nutty opening to my nose (this is the first wear), I am really excited!!
Lucky you! Excited to get a sample of this in Oct. as a Kickstarter investor. Beautiful, slight almond-y nutty opening sounds perfect!
Me too, I think she has had a few versions in the shop to sniff but I missed them all as well as the celebration party so they took pity on me :). We will be happy soon. I can’t wait to hear what you think. I love the name.
That sounds rather lemmable…
Wearing Kyoto for a cool calm force field. Unfortunately it’s so blasted hot and sticky outside that after a marathon of grocery shopping at a few different stores, I can’t even smell it and Kyoto usually lasts all day. If anyone needs me, I’ll be rolled up in a corner in front of the fan, whimpering. I’m so ready for fall.
I hope you get some ?? very soon! You smell(ed) fantastic!
Just a small dab of Chanel No. °5 Eau Première for me today.
Feeling very classic and pretty!
We had our co. headshots today and I went with a hepburnesque look, a simply black silhouette vs. the traditional business suit. They’re doing these in black and white so they loaded on the makeup [and hairspray] but excited to have a professional headshot for use.
Back to summer temps! yay!
We possibly overshot the summer temps here
Well, when you decide to wear from rarely worn decants, you win some and lose some. I chose Dior Grand Bal (original formula because it seems like it may have been reformulated last year?). It started as a fruity jasmine, which is how I remember it from the time or two I’ve lightly tested it. It quickly changes to a pretty, classic smelling jasmine floral blend. It’s just a little too pretty for my liking. It doesn’t feel like me. Luckily, it’s unobtrusive so it isn’t bothering me. Having said that…
FREEBIE ALERT: I’ll send my Grand Bal decant to a regular NSTer. US only please. It’s about 5ml and it has evaporated quite steadily so do keep that in mind. Call dibs here and I’ll have you email me. I’ll probably also offer you first pick of other freebies I have.
I’ll take it!
Great! Send me an email using my NST username at gmail, and I will chat with you there this evening.
Trayee for me today, one of my favourites. It’s going to be a busy day, not only am I acting General Manager, and so doing two jobs, another member of my team is away and I’ll need to look after some things that she would usually do – she’s in Hawaii for a week, lucky thing. I hope Trayee has protective properties
Trayee is great for keeping focused, plus it smells truly stunning. So I’m sure you’ll manage.
The force field of No. 19 for a day of house hunting. Also my son’s 20th birthday. Where does the time go?!
Happy Birthday to your son! ?
Happy birthday to you son. Hope the house hunting is short and sweet!?
I totally understand that feeling! Good luck with the house hunting!
Happy Birthday to your son!
Good luck house hunting! Happy birthday to your son!?
Where does the time go?
Happy birthday to your son– and from Joni Mitchell:
“So the years spin by and now the boy is twenty . . .Though his dreams have lost some grandeur coming true . . . There’ll be new dreams, maybe better dreams and plenty. . . “
Wow. It seems like you had just mentioned your son graduating from high school. Happy Birthday to him!
Late to the party in SL VO to keep me calm while I sit around and wait. And wait. And wait. ?
Oh no……what now? Hope it is working!
? The left hand is not talking to the right hand. As per usual. But you know what? I’m getting paid well while waiting..!
Ugh. Bureaucracy is like cockroaches… everywhere.
I came across a news story today about some firefighters in Auckland who had performed a haka in honor of the 9-11 responders. I found it extremely moving, and cried the entire length of the video. #neverforget
SOTD = back in Timbuktu.
I just saw that as well. Brought tears to my eyes also.
It was quite the tribute. I was rather pleased with the US Ambassador’s response to it.
Thanks for sharing this.
You’re welcome.
Thank you for educating me. I had to go google “haka,” which spellmcheck wants to change to “haha.”
I know about haka (hakas? not sure what the proper plural is) thanks to the Kiwis that comment here on NST. They were the ones who educated me.
I also saw it and became very emotional. It is not an easy day.
No, it isn’t. Hugs.
I was really disappointed to find out that my kid’s school didn’t do an observance. I know they have in the past.
That is sad.
I’m in Le Cri from a quick decanting session, and as protection against any stressful feelings.
Clothes are much the same: grass green sleeveless sweater with roll collar and Gloria Vanderbilt jeans shorts, both from thrift stores. Lippy is Saint Pinky Nude from Lipstick Queen.
I’ve noticed that Lipstick Queen is getting harder to find where I am at.
She used to be in Ulta stores, now only online at Ulta. I never buy lip products unless I can test the color first, so will probably not purchase any more LQ.
I guess if you already know you like a color, you can get it from Amazon. Nordstrom used to have LQ, but I am not sure that is the case now. Too bad.
I do not like my current weather. It’s hot, but humid and unsettled. There are tornado warnings about 45 minutes north of here. I still have a slight headache from yesterday so just wearing Pacifica indian coconut nectar body lotion. I found a 1 oz tube of it at ulta for fifty cents! Hear that Coumarin? I got me a real bargain here! Lol?
*please note, the last sentence was done for a laugh. I would never speak that way.
Yikes.? I just checked the radar a little bit ago and it looked like it was headed right over the lake. Stay safe!
We are supposed to have these storms on and off through Friday.
I hope you feel better and be safe! Congrats on your good deal.
Thanks! Sometimes the clearance bins pay off?
Ye-uck on your weather and the headache! Stay safe.
I’m trying. We had a tornado warning about an hour ago. Lots of down tree’s and power outages. So far I’ve kept mine on.
Wearing a couple sprays of La Pausa tonight.
Update on the Chanel No 19 soap if anyone is still searching. I tried to order from The Bay online on Friday. It looked like my order went through, then got a screen showing not enough quantity available. I tried for 2 bars. I was in my local store the next day, and asked my SA if they had any in-store, no, but she checked the inventory country-wide; and 5 were available? Wth? I decided not to be greedy, and got 2. Received them today from 2 separate locations in the mail. Woohoo. So, lesson learned; if you ask in-store, you might track be able to some down.
