How it works
1. Everyone will need to list their country of residence, and tell others where they’re willing to send. If you would list that first, it will save other readers time.
2. Anyone who wants to play can list up to 15 items they’d like to offer for swap. Please NUMBER YOUR LIST and do not include more than 15 items — it really helps to keep the thread easy to read. You can list full bottles, partial bottles, decants, samples, whatever you want. You might want to consider NOT swapping valuable items (see #8 below). New: You are also free to mention that you'd prefer to swap only with people you already know from Now Smell This.
3. If you have items you'd like to just give away to a happy home, you can do that too! Please do that in a separate comment so there aren't any misunderstandings, and again, be sure to tell others where you're willing to send. You can list up to 15 "freebie" items in addition to your 15 swap items. (There is also a freebiemeet coming up in May or June later this month.) New: You are also free to mention that you'd prefer to give your items only to people you already know from Now Smell This.
4. You can choose to include a wishlist if you like, or you can just wait to see what people offer you.
5. You will have to post your email address in your comment, or have some other way for readers to contact you — one option is to list your email address at gravatar.com, and then link to your gravatar page in your user profile here (see the first comment below and click on my name for an example). Another option would be to link to a contact page at your own blog, or anywhere on the web where people can find a way to reach you.

2. Sonoma Scent Studio Incense Pure, 34 ml EdP. I picked this up in the store closeout last year. Only sprayed a time or two (I though I had liked this, but when I got it, I realized I must have confused it with something else). Since this is from a discontinued line, and quite possibly no more will ever be made, I would prefer to swap this with someone who really wants it and knows it (not someone who is just curious to try it).

Well, the Atelier Cologne Pacific Lime 10 ml was desirable. That’s been swapped. That was #1 in my belated numbering.

Some of the other samples I’m waiting until my folks are out of town, or at least out of the house for some hours, to try.
Other things I’ll try when my folks are out of town include the Ormonde Jayne Signature Discovery set, 2 ml samples. Let’s make Ormonde Man #13 on this list, because I doubt I’d be wearing that.
Other notes: I saw folks asking for candles. I have many, many candles, in a wide variety of scents. I’m pretty sure I have patchouli. (lol) Others likely include rose and possibly other florals. I’m sure I have some spicy-scented ones, and probably bayberry. Also I have plain beeswax candles.
I make earrings, bracelets and necklaces with beads, for the folks who mentioned jewelry. I can tell you all about it via e-mail.
And someone asked about books? I have *so many* books. Much of it is romance of various sorts. Some is speculative fiction. The majority of that is on the “elves-and-bunnies” end of the fantasy/science fiction spectrum. I have some mystery novels. I have non-fiction on assorted topics. Many are gardening books. I have books about birds and butterflies, and dogs and cats. Some of the non-fiction is on LGBTQ topics. The rest seems to be on quite the range of subjects, as I went through a variety of interests. Librarians (I think there are a couple here) talk about the need to “weed” one’s books every so often. Yes.

Noting that there was interest expressed in the Atelier Cologne bar soap and shower gel samples. There are time zone differences hindering communication a bit, but I’ll likely soon post that those are spoken for.
Not to worry, though. I have plenty more of what my family describes as “smelly soaps.” I believe they’re mainly rose, lavender and jasmine-scented soaps. I’ll assume that the rule is “unopened” for bar soaps.

The Atelier Cologne items are popular! Still have: Clementine California 7.5 ml cologne absolute bottle, for those who like that. Also still looking for a good home for that 1.7 ml sample of Iris Rebelle. Ask me about other Atelier Cologne Advent Calendar samples. I can’t even open the other samples now because Mom is sick, but she would rise from her bed and kill me if I made her stomach feel even worse from the smell of cologne! I know that I’m not a tuberose fan, for instance. Sometime when I can go outside and try them, I’ll probably want to rehome some of them.

Note on candles: When I went to have a serious look, I saw that I have *so many* candles. *So many.* Apparently I had a lot of fun — *so much* fun — shopping at Pier One some years ago. I have patchouli candles in sizes ranging from tea light to pillar. And a “java patchouli” pillar candle. And sandalwood. And “Plumtopia.”
Elsewhere, I acquired a three-wick cardamom candle in a glass jar. Because of course I did. And picked up votive candles in various other spice scents, and some rose-scented votives, here and there.
And apparently I bought out parts of the Cheeky Bee store, because I have beeswax candles in sizes ranging from tea light to votive to taper to pillar.
OMG, past self. Impulse control was clearly not happening.
Forgot to say: For pillar candles and/or candles in glass jars and such, I’d definitely need help on the postage. I hope that’s within the rules for swapping.

Response to the lily-of-the-valley (muguet) perfume wish on my wishlist is quite a bit of a bottle of Oscar de la Renta Live in Love. Also, I got a promise of a sample of a “tea-scented” perfume in reference to another wish on one of the posts-within-posts I’ve made. I’m still open to swapping for samples or decants of light floral or citrus or “baking spice” scents.
