4711 Acqua Colonia ~ four new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 10 December 2018 5 Comments

4711 has launched four new limited edition fragrances in the brand's Acqua Colonia range this year: Blackberry & Cocoa, Vanilla & Chestnut, Saffron & Iris and Myrrh & Kumquat.

Blackberry & Cocoa ~ "Blackberry and cocoa both reveal their full energy and meld to create a radiant, aromatic composition. Both ingredients have one wonderful thing in common: they are said to bring good fortune, and have a vitalising and energising effect."

Vanilla & Chestnut ~ "A vanilla fragrance full of character, with even greater depth thanks to the addition of chestnut. This complex fragrance creation envelops the wearer like an embrace. Combined with nutty and tart chestnut, the intense fragrance of vanilla is calming and balancing."

Saffron & Iris ~ "This composition combines the powdery fragrance notes of the elegant iris with the aromatic tang of saffron. Two particularly precious ingredients, which fuse together to form a velvety whole and bring clarity of thought through their fine fragrance. The combination of warmth and gentleness lends a touch of relaxation to everyday life."

Myrrh & Kumquat ~ "The smoky-balsamic note of myrrh creates a powerful interplay with the fruitiness of the kumquat, revealing a secret world of fragrance. The contrast of balsamic spice and sweet freshness harmonises and lends a degree of serene composure."

4711 Acqua Colonia Blackberry & Cocoa, Vanilla & Chestnut, Saffron & Iris and Myrrh & Kumquat are available in 50 or 170 ml Eau de Cologne and in matching body products.

I’ll take a bottle of Blackberry and Cocoa and a bottle of Myrrh and Kumquat, please. Do we know if these will be available in the U.S.?

I really don’t know…I have not seen even last year’s editions here. You can find lime & nutmeg at a bunch of the discounters, which might imply wait 3 years and then check the discounters 🙂

These sound pretty good. I’ll take one of each in everything, thank you very much. 🙂
