The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 9 November 2018 7 Comments

Yves Rocher's holiday collection for 2018 includes a bunch of items (many more than are shown here, including candles and hand creams and bar soaps) in two fragrances, Thé Doré / Golden Tea and Pomme Rouge / Red Apple, at very reasonable prices. There's also an advent calendar for $59.

As I can only buy YR online I would love to hear back from someone who has sniffed their holiday offerings this year. Usually one is considerably better than the other.

I vote for the tea, but I haven’t smelled either.

I have seen Red Apple but not Golden Tea and the latter one has me more interested! I’ll check my YR shop soon.

Ah, and the tea interests me too. Do report back!

Just my opinion: they arrived here last week and neither of them is very interesting. Yves Rocher has done some really great Christmas limited-edition collections in the past, none better than 2010’s Orange Chocolat (they even used to do matching fragrances for some of them: I think they stopped that after the 2014 collections), but the last few years’ collections have been underwhelming.

Thank you so much pyramus! Shame, the packaging is really cute.

These don’t interest me at all. Money saved.
