The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 3 September 2018 9 Comments

From The Scottish Fine Soaps, Neroli soap in a tin: "Presented in a chic Vintage Bird Print design, this tin makes an elegant, stylish gift. I like the tin as much as the sound of the soap.

In theory I love tins like this. In reality, though, they just end up as clutter. But neroli sounds nice….

But they would make pretty storage for samples and /or decants :)

Just here grumpily commenting to my Scottish husband about “savon” written on the tin. Mon Dieu! When will French lose its potency in marketing?

(The tin is bonny and the soap braw, and that should be enough, no?)

But they used the words, “chic, elegant, stylish “, those aren’t Scottish! LOLOLOL ????????

JK, just kiddin’, no offense intended, implied, etc. ✌????

Haha! I am laughing with you. But let’s keep that to ourselves, eh? (I am reminded of my first trip to Glasgow and being ushered by family to the much revered fine dining at the “Ubiqitous Chip.” This Bay Area food snob was very polite ????.)
