Donna Karan has launched DKNY Stories, a new woody floriental fragrance for women.
A fragrance of striking contrasts, like the city itself. DKNY Stories is an oriental floral fragrance with a modern edge. The fragrance opens with fresh notes of pink pepper and pink guava mousse that make for a captivating introduction to a floral heart of black iris. Warm and sensual vanilla, sandalwood and amber create an addictive finish and a memorable story. DKNY Stories is a fragrance that inspires new stories every time you wear it.
DKNY Stories is available now at Macy's, in 7, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Update: additional notes include cardamom, jasmine and white tea.

It’s not another one of those rancid apple things.
Halli-chuffin’-looyah!
(Though I accept it could still be rancid…)
More rancid apple things are sure to come…I don’t think they have yet found anything else that sells.
I know. it’s such a shame. I really love the skyscraper DKNY Men – it’s been in my collection since it launched. And let’s not forget Donna also gave us Chaos, Black Cashmere and Fuel for Men…
Yes — they can do great fragrances! DKNY Woman was also a decent fragrance.
But pretty much all the regular Donna Karan line seems to do now is Cashmere Mist flankers, to go with the apples on the DKNY side. (I am leaving out DKNY MYNY, but that didn’t seem to sell either.)
BTW the bottle – Did L’Artisan have a boat load of their old, unsmoked ones to offload?
🙂
