Thierry Mugler has launched Alien Man, the masculine counterpart to 2005's Alien fragrance for women. Alien Man reportedly reflects an "optimistic masculinity".
The notes for the woody aromatic include dill, osmanthus, smoked beech wood, leather, cashmeran and white amber.
Mugler Alien Man is available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette, and in a 100 ml refill bottle.

The implication in german is that it’s an anise-like dill note, I think. Someone on basenotes described it as an herbal leather, if that helps.

The dill sounds dodgy, but I’ll give it a sniff anyway.
Although I am intrigued, I would rather they have done an entirely new men’s pillar rather than another flanker for Alien. Also I don’t like that bottle as much as the feminine version. This one looks slightly cheap. But we will see about the scent itself!
