Prada Luna Rossa Black ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 14 February 2018 5 Comments

Prada has launched Luna Rossa Black, a new flanker to 2012's Luna Rossa.

The notes include bergamot, angelica, patchouli, amber, musk and coumarin.

Prada Luna Rossa Black is available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

This sounds promising. I have not really purchased anything from Prada since the Prada Homme Intense when it initially launched, which was actually rather nice. I ended up purchasing PHI two more times, then tired of it.

I own a fair number of Prada scents, but didn’t adore Luna Rossa. I meant to try the Carbon flanker but didn’t get around to it.

The original was interesting at the time, but I soon tired of it.
I still like the original Prada Infusions Homme (I think that is what it’s called) and recently bought another bottle and was pleasantly surprised it was still close to the original.
I do like the recent Prada homme, it’s an easy go to and lasts all day. However, I think this reinvention of Rossa will be a no go for me.

Infusion d’Homme is a great scent. I like the original Prada Man better than the newer L’Homme Prada — also, they need more distinctive names!!

Agreed, they definitely need more distinctive names. ????
