I like the brand, like the scents, yeah, don’t like the price. I was really excited when they added travel sizes until I saw the price…

I know it’s foolish to try and understand perfume names, but this one I just do not get at all.

It has jasmine in it, which is really all it takes to get my attention ;-)

This looks lovely all around, but I won’t even bother looking for samples at that price point. Beautiful jasmines are not that hard to come by, and even though I’d happily buy them all if I could afford to, for that amount of money I’d rather save my pennies for something a little more complex.

    But that bottle, though!

I was at Liberty last year and the Vilhelm corner was defended by two haughty SAs, who were a sharp contrast to the rest of the staff. Fortunately, I found an unattended tester of their hyacinth scent on an upper floor and was able to discern that it was pretty, but nowhere near worth the price.

    Hahaha ha $245 hahahaha!

Joy is still cruising at $130 for a big ole 2.5 ounces, or you can buy a tester from a discounter $80. Or if you like, Lust from Lush is $45/1 ounce bottle.

    *makes a Bronx cheer*

There exists A La Nuit. Why would anyone want any other jasmine than A La Nuit???
