Posted by Robin on 17 February 2016 7 Comments

Givenchy Gentlemen Only Parisian Break

Givenchy will launch Gentlemen Only Parisian Break, a new flanker to 2013's Gentlemen Only fragrance. See also: 2014's Gentlemen Only Intense and 2015's Gentlemen Only Casual Chic.

Notes for the woody aromatic citrus fragrance include mint, lemon, sage, vetiver and ambroxan.

Givenchy Gentlemen Only Parisian Break will be available in 100 ml Eau de Toilette.

The notes sound nice for Spring but I never hold out for any kind of hope with these mainstream releases.

The name of the cologne sounds like a stag party weekend, to be honest.

At least it’s not Daytona Beach Break ;-)

Daytona Beach Break That would actually be interesting though! Oil, suntan lotion, liquor…oh my!

I really like the bottle and the packaging, not like the usual masculine mainstream releases that always try so hard to look Masculine (that is boring grey, black, steel, black, grey again, yawn…)

Missed the whole Gentlemen Only line… but what a quaint throwback name. Coupled with the Laura Ashley curtain design on the box, it seems positively subversive. Paco Rabanne Invictus, you’ve been punked!
