Either I’m the most literal person on the planet, or there simply is no reasonable response to this. 🙂
I certainly didn’t come up with one!
.. pretentiousness?
Not even the English can do pretentiousness quite like the French.
I’m so disappointed in the direction Lutens has taken. Cottony faux-clean scents on the one hand, madly overpriced tosh on the other, and in the middle his export/exclusive line, which has become more irrelevant with each passing year.
To quote Lee Mack,
WHAT THE **** DOES IT SMELL LIKE???
Uncle Serge is not interested in such mundanities 😉
I’ve smelled each of these new ones and they’re probably the most uninteresting SL scents around. I’d be surprised if Sheldrake was the nose behind them. The fact they’re also so overpriced is anyone’s guess. Serge can only dole out so much fluffy poetry before I tune out.
I must admit that I simply longed to box his silly ears. Or something. This posturing is just plain tedious!
