Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds Night ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 6 January 2016 5 Comments

Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds Night

The Elizabeth Taylor brand has launched White Diamonds Night, a new flanker to 1991's White Diamonds.

Inspired by the iconic glamour and bold opulence of Elizabeth Taylor, White Diamonds Night is a luxurious new statement in fragrance. A scent that shimmers and sparkles with the magical allure of diamonds under the evening lights. Timeless. Magnetic. Unforgettable.

White Diamonds Night intrigues the senses with night blooming florals and sparkling citrus wrapped in creamy sandalwood and velvety musk, as it unveils a blissful feeling of rich luxury and hypnotic seduction.

Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds Night is available now at Belk, $68 for 100 ml Eau de Toilette.

White Diamonds has been my mom’s scent forever (or at least since 1991)….Will have to sniff this one at Belk next trip!

Worth a try! I did not manage to sample White Diamonds Lustre, which is probably gone by now.

I find this sort of creepy, given that Liz has been gone some years now. It’s just… I dunno. It doesn’t bother me in the least that the brand would continue to sell (and original WD in the parfum is very nice, if you don’t marinate in it), but new fragrances seem sort of ghoulish. Just me, I guess.

I do see it…I think that’s why I used the wording “the Elizabeth Taylor brand” as opposed to just the name. But if you think about it it’s not all that different from new fragrances under the name Estee Lauder or Yves Saint Laurent.

I’m curious about this one. I like WD enough, even though it’s pretty powerful with sillage. Maybe the ET brand is carrying on with major philanthropic work?
