Indie perfumer Viktoria Minya has launched Hedonist Cassis, a flanker to 2013's Hedonist.
An ethereal perfume with the tartness of blackcurrant absolute that captures youth and eternal freedom. A combination of dewy Bulgarian rose and fresh cut grass creates a harmonious blend with cedarwood and incense, to mesmerize and enchant the wearer.
Hedonist Cassis is presented within a beautifully crafted bottle filled with hundreds of genuine bohemian crystals that sparkle brilliantly in the divine golden liquid and the bottle itself is enclosed within a handmade wooden box fashioned to capture the sleek look and feel of snakeskin leather.
Viktoria Minya Hedonist Cassis can be found now at Indigo Perfumery, $200 for 45 ml Eau de Parfum.

I can’t wait to try this one. I don’t usually like sweet scents but I love what Viktoria Minya accomplishes with ‘sweet’. I think Hedonist Iris has about the most clear-as-a-bell iris note I’ve smelled to date, I’m hoping Hedonist Cassis is similarly successful.
Hope you’ll love it then!
I love cassis, looking forward to trying this one!
🙂
I have yet to try the Hedonist flankers but when the next round of decant sales comes around, I’ll try them, eventually.
While I adore the warm honeyed glow of Hedonist, and the spicy-sweet wine note of Eau de Hongrie; the two flankers “Hedonist Iris” and “Hedonist Rose” struck me as uninspired, thin and artificial. Hopefully this new Cassis flanker does not disappoint, as Cassis is a favorite note of mine 🙂
