Calypso Casablanca, Figue & Mimosa ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 12 May 2015 Leave a Comment

Calypso Figue

Christiane Celle’s Calypso brand has been streamlined and repackaged. There are now three fragrances: Casablanca, Figue and Mimosa.

Casablanca ~ "Spicy and exotic, Casablanca was inspired by desert evenings and smoky souks. An addictive blend of coconut, violet and sandalwood, it is feminine with a romantic edge. Perfect for the mysterious bohemian, its’ [sic] seductive and alluring scent will inspire passion, adventure and luxury." With notes of coconut, labdanum, violet, leather accord, vetiver, sandalwood and oakmoss.

Figue ~ "Both sensual and warm, Figue is full of Mediterranean aromas. Inspired by sun kissed skin and fruit trees in the South of France, it contains hints of fig, violet petals, vanilla and musk. Similar to a spring day, Figue inspires bliss, love, hope and new beginnings." Additional notes include heliotrope.

Mimosa ~ "Feel as though you've escaped to a tropical Island and get lost in the blissful scent of Mimosa. Full of citrus notes and freshness, this fragrance was inspired by a Caribbean paradise, featuring aromas of island mimosa, bergamont [sic], jasmine petals, almond blossoms and a hint of musk. Playful yet sophisticated, Mimosa will surround you with peaceful vibes and revitalizing warmth. A classic Calypso fragrance!" Additional notes include almond, neroli, tuberose, tiare and sandalwood.

Calypso Casablanca, Figue and Mimosa are available in 7.5 ($30), 30 ($55) and 60 ($75) ml Eau de Parfum.
