Bunch o’ limited edition collector bottles 2015, part 7

Posted by Robin on 25 March 2015 11 Comments

More limited edition collector fragrance bottles, with the usual disclaimers: in most of these cases, the juice is unchanged, just the bottle is “special” (or not, as the case may be), and some of these may not be available in the US. Today's post includes collector bottles from Jean Paul Gaultier, Anna Sui, Thierry Mugler and Ralph Lauren.

Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Lady Killer

From Jean Paul Gaultier, the Le Male Lady Killer edition. At Nocibe in France, in 75 ml Eau de Toilette.

Anna Sui travel flacons

From Anna Sui, a travel trio with 15 ml bottles of Sui Dreams, Flight of Fancy and Secret Wish, all in Eau de Toilette. $49 at Nordstrom, where they also have a 15 ml bottle of La Vie de Bohème Eau de Toilette sold separately for $19.

Thierry Mugler Alien Eau Extraordinaire Pailletée Or

From Thierry Mugler, Alien Eau Extraordinaire in the Pailletée Or edition, with gold glitter. At Nocibe in France, in 60 ml Eau de Toilette.

Ralph Lauren Romance collector bottle

From Ralph Lauren, Romance in a limited edition with bulb atomizer. 100 ml Eau de Parfum, $90 at Macy's.

Never really been drawn to Alien Eau Extraordinaire but now that there is glitter… (I am a total magpie.)

That bottle reminds me of Ambassador Kosh on Babylon 5. But prettier. LOL.

The Alien bottle is nice. And glitter! I thought the glitter phase in perfume had passed for the most part. It appears like it is fine glitter that may have less of a chance clogging/getting stuck in the sprayer, as some have mentioned happens sometimes. Some complained that glittery one by CK did that. It may clog still, idk. That’s why I probably wouldn’t buy a glittery perfume with a sprayer.

It may have mostly passed? Don’t see it so much now.

I Love Alien Extraordinaire (and I’m wearing it today). The gold shimmer is a perfect match for the scent.

Does Jean Paul Gaultier have temporary tattoos? I hear temporary tattoos are a big designer thing these days.
