More limited edition collector fragrance bottles, with the usual disclaimers: in most of these cases, the juice is unchanged, just the bottle is “special” (or not, as the case may be), and some of these may not be available in the US. Today's post includes collector bottles from Jo Malone, Lolita Lempicka, Prada and Christian Dior; plus a new Eau de Parfum concentration of Roger & Gallet Fleur de Figuier.
From Jo Malone, the Blue Skies & Blossom collection, with limited edition bottles of Plum Blossom, Osmanthus Blossom and Sakura Cherry Blossom, featuring matching colored caps and ribbons. Available for pre-order at Bloomingdales, $125 each for 100 ml.
From Lolita Lempicka, L'Eau en Blanc in the Edition Perles, in frosted pink glass, for 'romantic women and princesses'. 75 ml. (via brigittepailhes.wordpress) Update: Lolita Lempicka is releasing this as a new fragrance, not a collector bottle, although the notes sound very similar to the original L'Eau en Blanc. Their description: "An irresistible fragrance, a promise of happiness exuding violet and musk! First, the green alliance between Violet Leaf Absolute and Iris. White Violet and Raspberry are delicately paired to create the heart of the fragrance. And finally the base note, the eternally sophisticated embrace of Heliotrope and Musk."
From Prada, the Candy Kiss collection, with limited edition 20 ml travel bottles of Candy (left), Candy L'Eau (right) and Candy Florale (not shown). (via womanbrideblog)
From Christian Dior, the latest version of Miss Dior Edition d'Exception: "...a rare and generous bottle, adorned with a splendid lace-embroidered bow. An extremely luxurious work of craftsmanship, specially designed for Miss Dior Eau de Parfum and dressed in its dream lace." Size and price unknown. (via dior)
From Roger & Gallet, a new Eau de Parfum version of Fleur de Figuier. In 50 ml, with mandarin peel, pink pepper, violet leaves, fig pulp, fig confit, white musk and patchouli. (via elfarmaceutico.es, bazarmagazin)
I wish more would follow Prada and make the smaller sizes. With the number of scents I have, 20 ml would be ideal. I have a teenage niece who wants Prada Candy and I may just consider this size for her, assuming they will available in the U.S.
Agree, and too bad they’re LE.
If enough people buy them, they just might put them in permanent production.
The “exceptional” Miss Dior is limited to 25 bottles: 200 ml at 1800 euros each. 😯 But it’s a very special handmade lace bow.
Thank you! Good thing I don’t like it.
Each bow was owned by Madonna in the 80’s. I don’t like it either.
I like the Prada 20ml but isn’t that sprayer going to be a problem for travel? If it is like the regular bottles, there is just a plastic clip to keep it from being pressed down and spraying perfume everywhere.
You would think! I wouldn’t carry around a 20 ml bottle anyway.
I like the Prada Kiss packaging. The Roger & Gallet Fleur de Figuier EDPsounds like it could be very good. The Jo Malones really ought to come in a travel spray coffret much like what they did for the Intense Collection over the holidays.
Yep…would love to try the R&G. Very hard to find the brand near me, though.
The Pradas remind me of liquid hand soaps.
‘for romantic women and princesses’.
Oh good grief.
Lol:).
Of course I want to check into the Jo Malone Fragrances. I think these were out at one time. I remember hearing about the Plum Blossom. Anyway, I would like to revisit these.
